It has so little to do with what is happening on its streets. Instead, it gets a country greater leverage when buying or selling outside its borders.
IMO the re pricing of the IQD will take place long before the flood gates open to the world of investors. The IQD will have a new value before they arrive...

Frank: An associate of mine that are linked to a group with frozen historical funds in HK were informed today their funds will be released to them tomorrow (Saturday).
Frank: "The RV is out to many Countries and cannot be stopped. It must be in every Country before it will show on Forex screen. It should be everywhere by Sunday. This from the Attorney for Treasury."

IT IS TRUE THAT THE CLEANUP IS PRETTY WELL DONE, WITH A FEW HOLDOUTS HERE AND THERE THAT ARE ON THE TO-DO LIST. ONCE THE CLEANUP IS COMPLETED SUFFICIENTLY, THEN THE FUNDS WILL BE RELEASED INTO THE MAINSTREAM. THAT IS ALL EXPECTED TO START THE WEEK OF THE 18TH.
THERE IS NOT REALLY THAT MUCH TO SAY AT THE MOMENT ON THAT, EXCEPT THAT THE NEW REPUBLIC OF THE USA IS WELL ADVANCED, AND THE SEATS ARE PRETTY WELL FILLED IN THE NEW GOVERNMENT. Not that my opinion counts for much, but I have to say that when ISIS and the Military Industrial Complex (MIC) were active over these past months - even more than they are today - we saw pictures of snow, half-Santas, bountiful table settings, and so on.
Something must have changed between then and now regarding why ISIS activity is more significant today than in past times, right? Because today, suddenly, the MIC is more relevant and disruptive in preventing the GCR/RV than they were earlier this year.
Before it was about the HCL and the Kurds while Tikrit and major oil fields were still occupied. Before it was about "tricky banksters" and the RV "hiding in plain site" and "4G LTE mobile data service". Also, we were informed not to trust or believe the mainstream media (wise words BTW) but now theses very propaganda broadcasters are being held up as evidence that the Iraqi sky is falling and bye-bye RV. (huh?)
But today, it's all about ISIS and the MIC causing instability prompting statements about possible waits of 30, 60, 90, and 120 days for an RV??? Something is not adding up in my simpleton mind.
Historic Bonds are redeeming, Humanitarian Projects are about to fund, there are most definitely "Good Guys" out there equally as powerful as the MIC working to stop this endless cycle of financial slavery, weapons and war mongering - and ISIS will not stop this progress!
I do not need hopium to maintain my confidence in this event. I have not put my life on perpetual hold while waiting for this event. I research, discover, and formulate the situation for myself and use Guru-boards only as data points in the overall big picture. I refuse to accept this latest ISIS issue as a sudden, major disruption in this global GCR event.
This is my REALITY (and I'm sticking to it)!
