Poppy3 PLEASE LET ME ADVISE YOU ONE MORE TIME THAT ALL YOUR NEWS MEDIA CONTINUES TO BLOW IRAQ'S ISIS PROBLEM WAY, WAY OUT OF PROPORTION.
I JUST GOT A UPDATED REPORT FROM BOOTS ON THE GROUND ADVISER IN IRAQ. HE AND THEY CAN'T BELIEVE THE NEWS TELLING US THAT TOWNS ARE UNDER ISIS CONTROL.
HE SAID YES SOME ARE THERE IN DIFFERENT AREAS BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OF ANY CITY OR TOWNS IN IRAQ.
HE SAYS SEVERAL GROUPS HAVE ATTEMPTED TO TAKE CONTROL OF DIFFERENT AREAS BUT HAVE BEEN DEFEATED AT EVERY ATTEMPT.
ISIS IS NOT HOLDING BACK THE RV IN ANY WAY.

wmawhite Currency reform is underway, the Governor of the CBI said so on 3 March 2015...and again a week later. It is happening...but we don't know what it is.
When we get four articles about the same subject and each gives a different story or intent, then we are missing something...we are getting translations and the true context/intent is lost.

Note the GAP without a comma in the 100 000 and "NO" 000 after the 50!
My Translation: two categories of and 50 and 100 (currently worth 000's more) dinar until a new rate
They cannot GIVE it TOTALLY AWAY.... or get into trouble.... IMO...
BUT.... the writer tries their best...
PLUS... the writer assumes that they STILL NEED TO BE PRINTED (made).
NO... NO... NO...
