Millionday: Rafidain Bank announced, on Saturday, announced the launch of MasterCard service E-retirees who are out of Iraq through its branches located there.
The general director of the bank on behalf of Kamal al-Hassani said in a statement responded to Twilight News, that retirees who are outside Iraq, they can become been paid through this service.
He noted that a retiree has the right to go to any ATM receipt of the same amount and currency of the country, who is there.

With all of the issues in Iraq, especially surrounding time, security, and lack of funding (and need of funding for the military backing), it seems to me that Iraq would need to RI/RV really quickly- (like days...)
We know this- IRAQ KNOWS THIS EVEN BETTER. There MUST be something else very important that is needed prior to the RI/RV -- or are we in Dinarland missing something?
Also, I think the statement of honoring the IQD value even outside of Iraq on the MasterCard with Rafidian bank is an agreement with Rafidian bank- not an INTERNATIONAL agreement. The card can be used at ANy ATM- but agreed with Rafidian bank. However, this should make the RI/RV one step close- one would think
If the RI/RV has been launched in IRAQ, for it to be international- would there not be more of an international statement/release? like on their website or something?
