Baxter1243: this law is going to be a while in my opinion.... the shiites..and the sunnis are represented.. the Kurds arent even mentioned as it is written... they are not going to go for this at all...
and I cant blame them.. this has to be done before the HCL and 140 are passed...
this is the most important law of them all...
I read this morning...that it has been sent back to clear to the committee level..for reintroduction....
the sunnis and shiites want only 9 judges..with no Kurds represented... the kurds want at least 13... Now... since PArliament is out till the 19th...who knows
