I believe that Frank and TS both think that this can happen anytime after they "declare" to us OPENLY... that Mosul has been secured!
And... NO ONE KNOWS THE DATE that the RI/RV will occur... but there is ONE date that we BELIEVE that they 'Seek' to have ALL DONE BEFORE.... and that is Ramadan... June 17th by our calendar.
So (Frank and TS) are thinking that DR.S is looking to activate what we are looking for BEFORE.... and "BY"... Ramadan....

Aggiedad77: Well stated brother and I have to admit what you have mentioned pretty well sums up how I've been thinking in this direction too......May doesn't seem to have that much pressing for the 17th....but June sure does....but as you say....it's Iraq and things can sure change or get drawn out.....this has sure been a patience learning and developing journey for me. sorry* he we as actually from Iraq. He asked him about the dinar and if he knew what was going on. he said yes and that Iraqi's are very hapy and exchanging. he said when America feels that they have their wallet secured we will then exchange. and it will be soon.
