The one statement that sticks: The "new currency" must come first as a prelude to the deletion of the zeros from the currency. The Deputy Governor (Mr. Zuhair Ali Akbar) of the CBI had a paper released a year or 2 ago on nothing but COINS.
The CBI has been sitting on COINS in denoms of 25 and 100 and never released into circulation. WHY MINT THESE COINS? They at 1166 have no value.
We can only suspect that they were part of a plan that is now coming to fruition.

Twilight News / confirmed in a National Alliance member, on Friday, and the existence of political and social impossibility for approval of the draft law of the National Guard because of the dangers that may Azbbha the formation of an army in the 15 provinces of the revival of past conflicts.
She said coalition member Samira al-Moussawi Twilight News, "The draft of the National Guard Law when it was agreed to include in the government program was designed as a national, but when you think about its implementation on the ground has emerged a new fallout made its application impossible from the political and social terms."
It said al-Moussawi said "the formation of an army 15 with 15 banner will cause disagreements armed precedent for the liquidation of accounts between tribes and between the provinces can not be controlled," noting that "the political blocs thinking blood before moving to discuss the approval of the law".
And the draft law of one of the National Guard points contained in a document the political agreement, which was formed on the basis of the current government, and the draft law aims to regulate the work of the popular crowd forces in all provinces, especially after the turn it into an official body.
