She finally asked early this past week, and on Friday her banker called her. The banker stated that, Yes, exchange should happen next week(May 11-16) BUT they(chase) was waiting on Wells Fargo for the green light.

Iko Ward: On Forex Dong continues to be flat and appears to not be trading. The Dinar only adjusted to the dollar this AM and is also dinar is also not trading
Reviewing the Dong, it is now in its twelfth day of remaining flat and not trading. In spite of what the press has put out, the dong has only devalued 00.99%.
Excuse me... That’s .0099%... Essentially -nothing.
So, lots of smoke out there. Also, concerning the hedge fund manipulations. I am sure they have a chair at the back room table, but Dong is still a restricted currency( meaning you have to have special priviledges with the Vietnam Government) and the Dinar is not yet an international currency ( at least accordning to the public) No doubt they are getting around alot because it officially RV'd on 4/22.
But is it official if it does not show up on public trading platforms?
Probably close enough for government work.
