TOPSHELF: Today, people will see changes … but they won’t release the rate until they’re ready … but what it means is they are set up to be sold … INTERNATIONALLY … not just DOMESTIC … but at an international rate!!!

We all knew that ISX would be the vehicle to move these [bonds] … but they didn’t want to show you the nice shiny rims and the low-profile tires … because they kept it “low profile.”
This is going to hit the market … this is the moment … but we don’t know the exact date.
If you have the calculations … you can figure out a rate … (now that could also change). It can change.
The rate is DRIVEN by demand.
They have a minimum bid amount on these bonds … based on the last ones that I know of [area code 371] – but it could be different than that.
They are showing you that the vehicle is ready to move … it can move ... not just behind the scenes ... but domestically and internationally with any broker or bank that is set up to do business.

Yesterday … the CBI if it was a mother … it would want to take care of its children … and likewise Dr. S needs to make sure his babies (branches of the CBI) are taken care of.
Yesterday … my Teams told me that we could start talking about Mosul now.
Dr. S wants all of his banks secured. Every one of them.

The insurgents that are still left in Mosul … they tried something around noon EST yesterday … and they blew up one of the major bridges … because they know they are about to be wiped out.
The F35’s will take care of it.

He agrees with the area code … and he believes with the area code number for the bonds … and that the maturity of 393 will happen in the next five years.
I think it will happen much faster than that … wait till the world finds out that we can buy these at a lower rate. Every department in Iraq is doing their job.
