Blonkster :Interestingly enough, my local WF bank ATM's now have a banner on the screen that reads (paraphrased) "We now exchange foreign currency. ZERO exchange fees for WF customers"....verrry interesting, and timely!

Having said that, they, along with the other big 3 banks have been following marching orders from the UST/Geithner era as far as the about-face they did on their customers, including you, brother.
