Frank, sometimes its very hard to think we have been in "condition RED since December" because to me, condition red is defined as an urgency to get things done - based on the next few mths we are now talking does not, IMO, fit that definition (nearly an entire year going by sept/oct).
At first I was a little excited about "give me Mosul" and then things move quickly. Now its forget Mosul cos we're not looking for that anymore.
Yes, we have made great strides this year with their accomplishments but i can't help but stop getting excited when i see you excited with your team.
i know i know be strong and then be stronger and take it to God in prayer which i always do but i think next time i see any excitement by the team, i will contain myself and just remain im a wait and see mode.

One final thing ................. My Excitement is Serious.
You need not be excited ............... IMO You need to be serious in Your STUDY to realize the Quantum Advancement in the Reforms of Iraq.
Your lack of knowledge to understand is taking the realization away from You ............. IMO.
As for being STRONG ................ That too is a Discipline.

Doodlebug: In Baghdad .. inauguration of seven water parks with 30 million dinars, instead of the 4.6 billion
Twilight News / inaugurated governor of Baghdad, Ali al-Tamimi, on Monday, seven new water parks in Project Hope Nahrawan area east of Baghdad, at a cost of 30 million dinars only.
Tamimi said in a statement on the sidelines of the inauguration of the new complexes, as reported by his press office, he said that "the coming days will be starting a new project bringing water pumping 1500 cubic meters instead of 1,000 cubic meters."
He added that "the total cost allocated to complete the project is four billion and six hundred million dinars have been summed up and complete the project by 30 million dinars only by following the economic plan and the use of self-help in the province and the Directorate of Water."
Iraq complained in general of the lack of public services such as electricity and drinking water as a result of the collapse of infrastructure tracked by the war and the siege and the spread of corruption. LINK

Colorado: 30 Million Dinars? At a rate of 1180 that is only $25,423 USD? It sure seems like there is a new value established. Seems hard to imagine that you could build 7 water parks for $25K? That is only ~$3,571 / water park?

MBAGrad: Iraq needs to move off of the program rate first. The "RV" is the "End Piece" of this puzzle, in my opinion.
The "First Step" of the process would be to give Iraq an actual rate that is usable in the real world. Once this is done, this would then allow Iraq to move from IMF Article 14 into IMF Article 8 which would then make the currency of Iraq "Internationally Recognizable" and useable both domestically and abroad.
This would also allow Iraq to introduce some of the new currency notes that can be used at whatever this new initial starting value is. I hear some people saying that Iraq is already "International" but I say that's not so because how can a sovereign nation be international when they're using another nation's currency (USD)?
On the very day that you can walk into your local bank and exchange a 25k Iraqi Dinar Note for US Dollars, then I would declare that Iraq is "International", but not before.
The United Nations still has to lift that last piece of Chapter 7 which would remove the currency restrictions that would allow Iraq to remove its program rate. I haven't seen this happen yet but we know that Iraq has been meeting with the United Nations representatives so perhaps this is being discussed.
The "RV" is the final adjustment. I believe that what we're looking for is the removal of the program rate to a value that will allow Iraq's economy to enter the Global market place.
Once "Value" has been added to the Iraqi Dinar, the currency we hold will have "Value". We want this to happen "Before" any RV of the currency is made.
All of this is strictly in my opinion.
