BAGHDAD / SNG - revealed governor of Babylon Sadiq connotation, Thursday, stopped for 300 projects in the province due to the financial crisis, calling on the central government to launch a financial dues to re-work the important projects.
Royal said in a press statement that "it is maintained Maatmr of the reason for a lot of obstacles financial crisis, delusional stopped 300 project", adding that "the value of the stalled projects more than 111 billion Iraqi dinars."
He said Royal, to "preserve all depends on the amounts of regional development unlike the rest of the provinces that have other resources," calling on the central government and the Finance Ministry to "launch dues to maintain in order to re-work the important projects that serve the citizens

The Security Council this afternoon held a session on Iraq
[Oan- Baghdad] UN Security Council to hold, at United Nations Headquarters in New York City , the US session on the situation in Iraq.
He said the United Nations Mission in Iraq [UNAMI] in a statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, " the Security Council will be held at the United Nations session dealing with the situation in Iraq on Friday at ten o'clock in the morning New York time [five in the afternoon Baghdad time] . " .
"It is expected that the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubis, gave a briefing shortly after the start of the meeting."

Agggiedad77: WOW 50,000 troops.....and Family....they have been amassing these troops around the perimeter of Mosul as they mention west, north, and east sides since early last year and just waiting......waiting on what.....the Iraqi Army to come up from the south to complete the circle around Mosul.....how do I know this....being a student and studying the articles.....they told us this last year....early in the year....the Peshmerga have great patience in what they do....and they do it well.....they knew IMO....that Fallujah had to come first though.....now they are ready to kick some butt in Mosul and rid their country of this demon in a finality that will make all of Iraq proud....let the show begin in earnest now. 50.000 Kurdish Peshmarga to participate in Mosul's battle
Arbil/ Iraq TradeLink: Kurdish Secretary General of Peshmarga Ministry Jabbar Yawar disclosed that the Kurds will participate in Mosul's battle with 50.000 soldiers.
He added that the Kurdish region will receive 415 million-dollar assistance from the United States to pay the salaries of the Peshmarga forces.
Yawar said that his forces will take part in three warring fronts from the west, north and east, while the Iraqi forces will advance through the southern part of the city.
He added that the Peshmarga force are currently engaging in the northern front and supports the Iraqi forces in the southern front.
On entering Mosul city, he confirmed that "it is not in the interests of the Peshmarga forces to enter into the middle of the city, but if we were asked for we will do that".
According to available information, 70% of Nineveh province is still under the control of Da'ish organization, where expected to have 20.000 of its forces are still in the city.
The Iraqi forces started the campaign to liberate the province before three months, with intense operations after liberating Fallujah city, Anbar province.
One of the main results of this campaign was the liberation of Qayara air base

Fmr. Fed Chair Greenspan: Rest of the World in Worst Shape than the U.S.
The U.S. stock market should not be trading at record highs because the data on fund flows don't support the moves, said Larry Fink, chairman and CEO of BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager.
"I don't think we have enough evidence to justify these levels in the equity market at this moment," Fink said Thursday on CNBC's "Squawk Box."
He said the recent rally has been supported by institutional investors covering shorts, or bets that stocks would fall, and not individual investors feeling bullish.
"Since Brexit, we've seen ETF flows almost at record levels ... $18 billion of inflows," Fink said. "However, in the mutual fund area, we're continuing to see outflows."
What that tells you is retail investors are pulling out, he said. "You're seeing institutions who were short going into Brexit ... all now rushing in to recalibrate their portfolios."
