Bruce - Last Tuesday we discussed that the codes the banks needed to enter in order to begin paying the SKR's have been entered. Initially, the pings were not returned, so the codes were re-entered and put into process.
27,400 bank SKRs started yesterday around 4:30pm EST, I believe. We heard about people receiving funds. This morning about half have been paid, about 13,000 have been made liquid.
At this pace, we believed that they could all be liquid by tonight.

Bruce - Last Tuesday we discussed that the codes the banks needed to enter in order to begin paying the SKR's have been entered. Initially, the pings were not returned, so the codes were re-entered and put into process.

Bruce: Then tonight around 5 pm, we heard that all SKR were actually funded and liquid, except for some that were red-flagged. Red Flag means something had to be handled before the account would be liquid, but only very few have been flagged.
We believed that the SKR was part of the shotgun start, and had to be fully hydrated before the rest of us went. We are hearing very good things.
World finance ministers are meeting in China over the weekend, Friday/Saturday, prior to the G20 meeting. Possible that this meeting is about the go-ahead, the 800# may occur prior to the G20 meeting.
Or this meeting could be an opportunity to make GCR type announcement.
Release of RV is positioned between the G20 and Republican conventions. After SKRs have been made liquid I cannot think of anything else that needs to happen except notification.
Yosef - Everything that Bruce said is accurate. There are just a few dominos that need to be collected before the release. We are domino collectors.
I want to be cautious about what I say.
That said, over 22,000 SKRs have been liquidated. That's 22,000 dominoes that have been collected.
Precursor to second G20 meeting in September. The finance ministers at these meetings make the important decisions. It is interesting that the event is taking place in China,
interesting that it is taking place around time of Political conventions in USA
.
We have been on a 3 year work out to transition. Three years ago there were not exchange centers, there were not new Delarue machines which now include the Zim on the CIP system and new hard drive that connects to the mainframe.
Much more sophisticated than the old Delarue machines. Can read and track serial numbers. Better regulates and detects fraud.
So much has happened in the last 3 years.
Bruce - we are making progress. Over 20,000 SKRs paid out in basically one day.
The system has been put on autopilot. As far as window, we are there, but we do not know when the window is. No one knows, Not even the Chinese.
I am very encouraged because the SKRs have been made liquid.
