geofitness says():Direction Press / Baghdad General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers made it clear guarantee bank deposits, which was approved by the Cabinet last month system.
According to a statement of the secretariat received "direction Press" a copy of it, that "the Council of Ministers decided in its meeting held on the seventh of June, system No. 3 of version 2016 guarantee of bank deposits, which Dqgah the State Council system, according to the provisions of subsection (iii) of Article (80) of the Constitution, and (b) (2) of Article IV of the Iraqi Central Bank Law No. 56 of 2004 ".
He explained, "The regime refers in Article I (CBI may grant leave to exercise guarantee bank deposits to a joint stock company established under the provisions of the Companies Act No. 21 of 199).
He pointed to the Cabinet Secretariat, that "the text of the rules in Article XVI the last to be implemented this system from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette."

The Iraqi Central Bank sales of the dollar, Monday, in the auction for buying and selling foreign currencies to reach 191 million and $ 808 compared with 127 million and 87 thousand dollars he had recorded in the previous session, and the exchange rate stable at 1166 DT per dollar.
Central source said that "overall demand for dollars distributed by 42 million, 585, 000 dollars and the exchange rate stood at $ 1190 each DT DT including cash and Bank Commission for the sale of 24 dinars for, with 149 million worth of foreign remittances and 223, 000 dollars and the exchange rate reached 1187 dinars per dollar, including the CBI and Commission 21 dinars per dollar.
