Based on the MoU, the Americans should pay the salaries of Peshmerga forces and train and equip them for 10 years,......

Maliki’s visit to Sulaymaniyah is intended...AND.. has promised the two Kurdish political parties to support them for establishing a separate autonomous region in Sulaymaniyah province with full financial support from Baghdad....

JETSET says():interesting. i certainly had heard this type of information before but it was more speculation. it is nice to see the data to go with it. all of the sudden bill gates and warren buffet have some competition.

The office of Iraq's prime minister says he has accepted the resignation of six cabinet ministers, including the oil and interior ministers.
Announcement came in The a brief statement posted Tuesday on the web page of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi .
Interior Minister The, Salem View Mohammed al-Ghabban, resigned Following a massive - central Baghdad Bombing on July 3 That Killed Nearly 300 people. It was later announced that al-Abadi has accepted his resignation. Tuesday's announcement appears to formalize that decision.
Beside the oil minister, al-Abadi accepted the resignation of the ministers of transport, housing, water resources and industry.
Al-Abadi has said that he wanted to break away from the power-sharing formula between political parties and replace some members of his cabinet with non-partisan technocrats to improve the government's much criticized performance.

According to a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, Mithal al-Alusi, Tuesday, that the judicial rulings and Interpol optimal solutions to restore the money smuggled out of Iraq.
He said al-Alusi's / balances News /, "The money smuggled abroad belonging to senior officials in the Iraqi state," adding, "When the state can shut down or up an international criminal case will be able to return the money contraband."
He added, "The states will not return the money without a court order or through Interpol," skeptical at the same time that "the government does not want to return the money contraband."
