Kerry said in a speech during his participation a joint meeting between the ministers of defense and foreign, held in Washington, the international coalition, said that "the international coalition efforts have made the ability to organize Daash on recruitment decline and the number of fighters has fallen by one-third," he said, adding "we are confident of the ability of the coalition to defeat the organization."

The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi confirmed on Thursday that the Iraqi forces are currently moving in Mosul to release it from the last bastions of "Daash", as pointed out that the presence of organized crime of murder, kidnapping and corruption regulator represents another challenge for a country that needs a great effort to meet it.
