remember when I told yall to watch for more an more articles talkin about home invasions basically, and always stealing large amounts of money from them ... from there home....
and possible deaths as well by keepin that kind of cash at home instead of banks? ... this is why.... and it tells us a lot...
the banks need that money back desperately..so there makein sure people know you could be robbed or have a better chance of not being robbed either by thieves or shop owners, .....
see when there moneys deposited it will be available to the people mainly thru the smart cards (basically a debit card of sorts) and they can use this card for cash ....and its catching ...on but its slowly being done tho... an the banks need it done like yesterday...
.not only to make the banking reform work but ...to proceed to the next level they need those dinars to make there way to the banks Wink an then on to the cbi to be destroyed ;)IMO...BL

Haider said in an interview, "The information we have indicate that al-Maliki will arrive in Sulaimaniya today, visiting former President Jalal Talabani," noting that al-Maliki "will meet with officials from the Movement for Change and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan."
Haider said that "the meeting will discuss the situation between the federal government and the Kurdistan region, as well as the general situation in Iraq."
Maliki was announced (June 28, 2016), to support the political agreement between the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan party and the MDC, saying that the agreement will contribute to the solution of disputes between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.
And signed the MDC leader Nawshirwan Mustafa, deputy secretary of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in the Rasool (17 May 2016), a bilateral agreement with the aim of joint cooperation in the political and parliamentary work.

Bondlady believe it or not, lol talibani an malaki always had a pretty good working friendship, it seemed there was mutual respect there between them anyways, and there is big problems between the kurds and the fed gov because of definitions to what certain things defined within there constitution concerning oil and profits and self determination...
more power over there contracts and article 140 which is not only a prob for them both but art 140 is also included in sanctions against Iraq...
art 140 needs to be fixed and decided upon to stop the civle war and define property lines,..its at the criticle stage to get those laws passed an implemented....
talibani did try very hard ....almost ending his life with heart attacks and strokes ...but he loves his country, and he is intervening once again to try to stop the inner fighting between kurds an bagdad...
theres gonna have to be give an take from both sides an neither was gonna give in so talabani tipped the odds a lil, imo plus the shape of there country an economy right now...
I think now they have a great shot to agree to terms or face loseing there country completely...all imo BL
