[tlm724] well let me fill in some blanks for you lol first off the people that do apply get the royal run around because the banks obviously have no clue how to do these loans. Second, there isn't much confidence in banks as this author proved by pointing out the keystone cop type of activities within the banks and thirdly how do expect the people to repay the loans ??? just sayin...

He pointed to the Cabinet Secretariat, that "the text of the rules in Article XVI the last to be implemented this system from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette."
The Council of Ministers has approved in its meeting on the seventh of last June to issue guarantees on bank deposits in the system provided by the Central Bank of Iraq and Dqgah the State Council with the failure toextend the government deposits in state banks to the rules.
