Baghdad/Acer Jabbar Announced Iraq market for securities, on Wednesday, his intention to work with remote trading system by the end of the year 2016, that will contribute to "activate" and "pull" and "simplify" action.
Executive Director of the Iraq market for securities, Taha Ahmed Abdul Salam, told the (term), "remote trading system, investors can deal in securities over the Internet from anywhere," predicted "the end of the second half of the system in 2016.

Abdel Salam added that "the system will stimulate trading in the market and attract investment and simplifies work processes by allowing the introduction of a purchase or sale of stock by the beneficiary directly under deals aimed at concluding," adding that "the system can be the beneficiary of the cancel orders that are not desired, as well as reports and statistics that wants to get them to follow the evolution of trading activity.
Abdel Salam continued "the use of remote system helps in pursuing disclosure specific arrow or arrows and all companies, pointing out that" update is the latest procedures to be used by brokerage companies to enable investors of trading mechanisms by themselves in accordance with the instructions and rules prevailing in Iraq market for securities.

They would still need a simple majority, though? (i.e. you could have just 165 PM's and pass legislation?) Trying to remember...
