wmawhite says():When you bought your IQD when the CBI was selling it at 1166, you would lose money then......because, with currency you will never sell your currency back to a bank/broker at more than you bought it at.......unless there is a massive increase in value.

So my questions on the ISX and banking system were leading up to an attempt to draw a conclusion that might have added value. Who knows . Here is a screenshot taken last Tuesday, showing a clear increase in the value of the Dinar. Obviously, only for about 3 hours, but still… very exciting.
 
To “fact check” this for yourself, go to - http://ift.tt/Uww2yp – move your cursor to “More”… click on “Currencies”… In the Middle East section find USD/IQD – click on it…
 
Just under the USD/IQD overview – there is a line that has the “1H” shown below… click it, you will notice that for approximately 3 hours on the 19th, the value (on this platform) of the IQD was reflected as approximately 8 1/2 cents (more on how I arrived at this later). My thoughts are it will be an imposed rate determined by the global pricing index and at a rate more in keeping with exchage rates of neighboring countries. Any comments appreciated

POPPY3 says():WELL DIFFERENT REPORT HAVE COME OUT ABOUT THE ACTUAL RATE THE BUDGET WAS FIGURED ON AND AS A FORMER ELECTED OFFICIAL THEY WILL HAVE TO RAISE THE RATE BY ABOUT 20% above the actual budget .

IF IT WAS BASE ON $2.93 THEN THE RATE I WOULD THINK WILL BE CLOSE TO KUWAIT THAT I WAS TOLD A COUPLE WEEKS AGO WAS $3.38. WE WILL KNOW VERY SOON. POPPY3

I ASK MYSELF TWO QUESTIONS TO RESEARCH WHAT DOES THE DOLLAR DO WHEN ECONOMY IMPROOVES UP OR DOWN THEN WHAT DOES GOLD DO WHEN THE DOLLAR MOVES UP OR DOWN ??
 
THEN ADJUST MY POSITION accordingly. IF DOLLAR MOVE A QUARTER CENT UP GOLD DROPS FAST AND JUST OPPOSITE . 

THEN ASK THIS WHEN THE TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS HITS THE STREETS POST RV WHAT WILL THE DOLLAR DO ??? THEN WHICH WAY WILL GOAL DO?? POPPY3
