WSOMN:
Malefic: The managing partner of an LLC that swapped the dinar (owned by the LLC) for an SKR at WF last Nov., called this evening. He's been a client of WF private banking for a number of years. His banker called and asked him to come in tomorrow; he hasn't received cash yet, but sounds like he will tomorrow. The agreed rate on the SKR for the dinar is $3.58.
Tank : I'm not saying good bye until I can't speak anymore! Here's what I know, there were some delays in the release this week. All I'm going to say is what I've been saying, Wells Fargo is the Clearing House bank (and I believe they own HSBC) so if you have ZIM, GO THERE for your exchange.
In addition, make sure you have some idea of how AND what you want to do with your money if you have ZIM. There is an expectation that YOU will help humanity and from what I understand, as long as you know how, and YOU follow through, YOU can dictate the rate YOU want for your currency. BE humble, be courageous, and be honest, but don't be unprepared.
AT this point there is no hold up on the 800#s, we're just not sure of the exact time of their release. However, I'd say if you suddenly see "DINARMAGEDDON!" as in All dinarland suddenly goes dark, Id say that's a sign thats a pretty good indication that we've arrived
Look, I'm just posting things YOU NEED to know because we are so close. I've spoken to some today that have already exchanged, and some who have appointments, and some who are expecting like a 42 week pregnant teenager!! In other words, all the signs are showing the timing is right, and everybody's uncomfortable !!

Wolfy’s Diagnosis:
Hello all--Everyone wants to know where we are in this. I can only tell by the huge amounts of texts and PM's and emails I am receiving that we are all lost at this time.. I know that every thing is done and I also am left wondering WHY the banks have not released this thing yet..
There is absolutely NOTHING left to do except get the numbers, make our appointments and go to the bank.. I have NO idea why we are NOT there yet.. I see no delays, I see no problems and I see no reason why it isnt finished..
BUT I do know that our time is very near and I am expecting it to happen at any sec, any minute any hour now. I am loosing my eyesight because we are waiting so long and that to me is as important as any thing any one is going thru.. But still I wait.
I am sick to death of waiting--Git er dun already.. Wolfy

Ministers approve Afghanistan's WTO membership at MC10
Ministers formally approved Afghanistan’s WTO membership terms at a special ceremony held at the WTO’s Tenth Ministerial Conference (MC10) in Nairobi on 17 December 2015. Afghanistan’s First Deputy Chief Executive Mohammad Khan Rahmani said the ceremony marks a historic day for Afghanistan and a significant step in the country’s journey of economic and political reforms.
Trade ministers unanimously welcomed Afghanistan’s WTO membership deal, which was approved at a ceremony attended by Mr Mohammad Khan Rahmani of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and Director-General Roberto Azevêdo.
The Protocol of Accession was officially signed by DG Azevêdo and Mr Mohammad Khan Rahmani at the end of the ceremony.
Afghanistan will have until 30 June 2016 to ratify the deal and would become a full-fledged WTO member 30 days after it notifies the acceptance of its Protocol of Accession to the WTO Director-General.
Afghanistan would become the ninth least-developed country to become a WTO member since the organization was established in 1995.
In his address to ministers, DG Azevêdo paid special tribute to the government of Afghanistan for “this historic achievement” and for having undertaken an “extensive programme of domestic reforms to accelerate economic growth despite very challenging circumstances”.
He said: “Afghanistan’s WTO accession is a clear sign for all the world to see that the country is building a business-friendly environment. I am confident that WTO membership will contribute to establishing a firm foundation for Afghanistan’s future development and prosperity.”
His full speech ishere.
Afghanistan applied for WTO membership in 2004 and members of the Working Party concluded the negotiations on 11 November 2015.
