[12:31:32 PM | Arthur G: its all unfolding right now in real time in Iraq...I'm getting their live feeds.....this is it....not saying the RV is happening today...but this is the deadline for the reforms which must include everything...from what I am getting from the feeds the Kurds are the last hold out as they are wanting some assurances regarding the HCL so they may be given a 48 hour extension....the IMF, WB, UN are all there in attendance.....we are seeing the end game as we speak
