Reddstar: IMF: $ 15 billion loan to Iraq possible!
Head of the IMF mission in Iraq , Christian Gooch said that the Fund has agreed to grant a
loan of Baghdad under the demand for 3 years by June next year

He told Reuters, "If an agreement is reached during the meetings to be held in Washington
during the month of April next, Iraq will receive under the agreement to finance the estimated
$ 15 billion , a third of the International Monetary Fund and the rest from international
institutions and other donors.
He Gooch that" Iraq made good progress in the talks , which began last November on loan
demand for three years, adding that the amount could come from several sources, including
the IMF and the World Bank and the Gulf states and the United States and the Group of
seven adults. "
He continued , " if admitted adjustments to make ends believe that Iraq would need funding
of $ 15 billion over three years, expecting that Iraq gets a $ 5 billion at least this year and the rest by the end for thefunding. the Finance Minister Hoshiyar Zebari, announced on Tuesday , March 29, that his country is waiting to receive a financial aid worth $ 6.4 billion this year from donors and international institutions.
and Iraq earns almost all of its revenues from oil sales, and finds it difficult to pay off its
obligations in light of the decline in world crude price

Smokey: As a business owner, I see this as a positive thing for Iraq and here's why:
1. The IMF obviously has confidence in them to even entertain the thought of a loan. If your credit is shot or there's no backing assets for what you're asking, the banks won't even talk to you.
2. If you're running a business, you need capital/cash flow to keep things afloat until the sales/seasons come around. I feel like that's what this loan will be used for, to help Iraq with cash flow with ALL this future business/companies coming in. They will need money to accomodate the future expansion that's about to take place.

The TRNs have been delivered in mass quantities to offsite locations, they are real and active now, and
Finally you know in your heart that we are right there or you wouldn’t be on the verge of anger or elation. Stay focused on the mark of the high calling, we’re about to begin.

Also, (re Dr. Clarke), every time it looked like crap was about to happen to Forest, an even better, unexpected, outcome was the result. So maybe he is just saying, hang in there, even though it is taking longer than we would like, the outcome will be even better than we could have dreamt.
