rcookie says():And issued a new decision after the reduction of internal Mnzboa sit within the province of Sulaymaniyah, and Ckramaan, and Rania, in the last month, demanding a review of the agenda to reduce salaries.

trout1 says():so in other words its the purchasing power of the 5 million we are concerned with

plowboy says to tman23():it just seems to be an odd way of saying the head man of a country

flint says():the price of 1 million dinar at my local currency exchange has gone up from $975 to $1,047

rcookie says():http://ift.tt/1U3jksX
http://ift.tt/1QhqLGM

tman23 says to plowboy():Not head man of a country but rather the words from the top dog of the entity being interviewed....... Directors and Staff speak to media quite often and with opinions... BUT when Keywords speak.....it is to be taken as FACT and not opinion

plowboy says to tman23():thanks for your help. Hopefully we will soon be able to cease reading articles and such that are not expressed in plain English.

wmawhite says():folks,.............any person whose name is Ismail, Ishael, etc. regardless of his position, when his name is translated it will come out as Keywords.

The reason is because Ishmael is a figure in the Tanakh and the Qur'an and was Abraham's first son according to Jews, Christians, and Muslims. Ishmael was born to Abraham's and Sarah's handmaiden Hagar. In other words.........the name is of importance and is "key". Thus; Keywords.

tman23 says to plowboy():This is why the CBI states that the official statements are to be published on the CBI website arabic side and the arabic is the accurate......simply because when translated you get several meanings.......

wmawhite says():So.........what does this tell you.....................within these articles you may see the name Keywords.................it can be the Governor of the CBI or it can being about the guy mopping the floors.

dennis2 says to flint():I checked Xchange of America & it's at $980.00

tman23 says to wmawhite():Thats because of errors within the translator program......But in Iraq when they refer to Keywords to citizens.......it is the top dogs words of the entity he represents....

Which is why there is such a misunderstanding in these rooms because of the misinterpretation by people who read articles and think they truely understand what is being intended......

clay says to dennis2():cheap

flint says to dennis2():that is who I just talked to (Houston) and she quoted the $1,047 price... she said it has gone up

dennis2 says to flint():Oh, really? It says 980 on website...

flint says to dennis2():maybe it hasnt been updated yet on the website

tman23 says to wmawhite():BAGHDAD — The Iraqi federal government is reportedly planning to move the capital from Baghdad to Najaf, a source from Baghdad revealed.

While popular demonstrations have been staged in Baghdad for the past several Fridays, a demonstration organiser told BasNews, on the condition of anonymity, that if the demonstrations reach the Green Zone which is the administrative part of Baghdad and the situation gets out of control, the federal government has a plan to move all the administration offices to Najaf.

Ammar al-Hakim, the Leader of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, has suggested the plan of moving the capital to Najaf, intending to make it the capital of Iraqi Shi'ites in case Iraq falls apart into three fragmented regions of Shi'ites, Sunnis and Kurds, the source said.......

tman23 says to wmawhite():Sunnis, on the other hand, are negotiating on which city to be the Sunni capital, Ramadi, Tikrit or Mosul after being liberated.

Muqtada al-Sadr, a popular Iraqi Shi'ite leader, has previously threatened to enter the administrative part of the Green Zone in Baghdad if the Iraqi prime minister's proposed reform package does not meet the requirements of the Sadrists.

tman23 says():DIYALA — Baquba city of Diyala province has been attacked by unknown armed men today on March 9, a Kurdish official reported.

An unknown armed group has attacked Baquba city in the centre of Diyala province, they have taken control of the administrative positions and set checkpoints to obstruct the traffic in the city.

Amer Rafaat, a Kurdish official, told BasNews that a group known as 'Al-Tamimi Tribe' has recently been taking on the streets demanding the Iraqi Parliament Speaker, Salim al-Jabouri, to resign. According to the information obtained by BasNews, all roads to the city of Baquba are blocked and no one can enter the city now.

tman23 says():So reports rumored that the GOI has plans to move to najafi as the alternative capital should demonstrators raid the green zone,and the country fracture, and it would become the capital for Shiites....

IMO it is an absolute plan and not a rumor.... especially since the "chilling report" at the UN that the Mosul Dam is ready to POP !! The collapse of the dam will kill 500,000 Iraqi's up to 1,000,000.....Disease outbreak will spread rapidly as sewage etc spreads all the way to Baghdad........
