tman23 says():The CoM had agreed to housing for the citizens......... The government will pay for 50% of the home and the citizen will draw a mortgage for the balance of 50% for 15 years or 20 years with a 1% administration fee.........
The CoM also decided to lower construction material costs on 84 items......Ukaranian steel ...rebar...etc...plus bathroom and laundry fixtures and accessories.......
SO the mystery begins as the loans become available...... Do you have all this bank accounting with loans and mortgages that contain 3 zero accounting OR do you lift the zeros before you start this new loan program......
IF you are eliminating corruption and chaos you start with accurate accounting....... the loans with 3 zeros and then adjusting it 6 months down the road or so is not logical
