larrykn says(): Erbil – On Saturday, Advisor to the Council of Ministers in Kurdistan region Dilshad Shehab announced the formation of a special council to check oil resources in the region, while emphasized that the council will supervise all oil transactions.
Shehab said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “A special council was formed to check the resources of oil in Kurdistan region that will include a number of experts and specialists,” pointing out that, “The council will supervise all the oil transactions in Kurdistan region.”
Shehab added, “The council will include global companies that are specialized in checking oil resources,” indicating that, “The formation of the council is aiming to guarantee the transparency in oil resources sector.”
