Because the CBI and her Governor DRS are the only Central Bank of a currency that has made the claim:
We have been given the GREEN LIGHT to lift the 000's from our EXCHANGE RATE to add VALUE to our money and are in the process of The MR of the IQD currency ......

Select the Baghdad Provincial Council two days of the month of May this holiday, on the occasion of the martyrdom of Imam Kadhim (AS).
The head of the Baghdad Provincial Council Riad dentex "The Council voted on on 13 and 14 of the current month of May as a holiday, on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Musa bin Ja'far (AS)."
Dentex "The Council also voted to allocate 100 million dinars to the Kadhimiya hospital, the private-wounded security forces and the popular crowd."
It is noteworthy that the head of the Baghdad Provincial Council Riad dentex met yesterday Interior Minister Mohammed Salem Ghabban to discuss a number of issues of common interest in the files, as well as strengthening cooperation between the local government in Baghdad, the Interior and the Federal Ministry in the fight against terrorism, crime and achieve security and stability in the streets of the capital Baghdad and maintain on civilian lives and property.

Jubouri calls for the House of Representatives to attend the meeting tomorrow to vote on the Federal Court Act
Khandan - The Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al keen to resolve all contentious points relating to the draft of the Federal Court Act in preparation for a vote. This came at the conclusion of presiding over a meeting of heads and representatives of parliamentary blocs to discuss the finalization of the project, on Tuesday.
The price Jubouri, according to the release from his press office statement , the legal committee of parliamentary efforts and the heads of blocs and their quest to resolve the differences that have held back the legislation law for a long time. As the President of the House of Representatives, said the law would be included in the agenda of the Council for tomorrow, calling on all members to attend the session in order to vote on it as to be agreed upon.
