SWSD: The last caller made a valid question. And the way bgg answered it was very...distracting for an answer. True, not even 1 million people have/own a million dinar in the us...or maybe they do(?). But the fact is, if and when this happens, if we all make out on this like we hope and want to, it will be like millions of people winning some sort of lottery.

chattels: Patrick Osgood ‏@PatrickOsgood 5h5 hours ago Patrick Osgood Retweeted Sideline Observer Big victory, tho planting flag in middle & declaring victory while mop ups & humanitarian situ a mess a bit grating.

chattels: I do find it curious that others the gurus in " dinarland " are now interested and are commenting on progress in the war on Daesh as a matter of importance when for the last year they were saying that Daesh was not a problem.

chattels: Iraq says most of Fallujah retaken from IS militants

chattels: After weeks of heavy battles since the offensive began in late May, it appeared that IS defenses in much of the city collapsed abruptly.

chattels: The group cited a 69-year-old Fallujah resident saying IS fighters suddenly disappeared from many streets Thursday evening, as neighbors saw them evacuating checkpoints and driving away in vehicles loaded with food and fuel. The news prompted many residents to prepare to escape.

chattels: Aid groups had estimated that 50,000 civilians had been trapped inside Fallujah when the assault began several weeks ago, and they say that 30,000 to 42,000 of those had fled since then.

chattels: Kirk H. Sowell ‏@UticaRisk Politics has toned down somewhat for Ramadan, but we will also cover Abadi's cabinet & appointment fights + the Sadrist gang problem.

chattels: Kirk H. Sowell ‏@UticaRisk And the humanitarian situation around Fallujah is dire. That whole are will likely be secured/strangled by militia checkpoints indefinitely.

chattels: Kirk H. Sowell ‏@UticaRisk Govt-aligned forces outnumbered jihadists probably 20-1 or more. We count 16 separate Shia militias. It wasn't a well-organized offensive.

chattels: Hayder Al-Shakeri Retweeted Sohaib Alrawi ‏@Sohaib_Alrawi 3h3 hours ago #Fallujah is liberated. #DAESH is rapidly collapsing. We must now focus our efforts on a major humanitarian catastrophe still unfolding.

chattels: Saleem al-Jubouri declares its readiness to discuss the subject of his dismissal according to the law and rules of procedure of Parliament

chattels: " what happened during the last period of the of the parliament and especially the question of impeachment was a play which was not a legal basis. "

chattels: He expressed his confidence in full to be the court 's decision in favor of the current presidency

chattels: adding that " parliament has proved its strength and its ability to make decision. " and " the need to hold a comprehensive meeting and even before the court 's final decision."

chattels: " the most dangerous thing that we are experiencing now is the economic crisis ............... "

chattels: Apparently Jubourri is not as impressed with the IMF bailout being a panacea of all that ails Iraq financially or that Iraq has / will not enter into the world's economy in the first half of 2016 ( the next two weeks ) and live happily ever after with a currency suddenly valued significantly greater.

chattels: He must not be reading or believing the hype from the gurus in " dinarland ", eh ?

chattels: In any event I am pleased that the fight in Fallujah has proven to be less murderous to date than many thought it would be. God save the Iraqi people. They deserve better than what they have got from " democracy " thus far.

waldowould: ‹@chattels› true democracy is not the problem, it is their interpretation of democracy

waldowould: That is the problem

chattels: no doubt, which is why I put democracy in quotation marks

chattels: although I am not all sure what a " true " democracy looks like. i will settle for something 'akin to it
chattels: technically one might argue that Iraq is a republic, but I am not competent to discuss the differences between the two

chattels: A parliamentary republic is a type of republic that operates under a parliamentary system of government where the executive branch (the government) derives its legitimacy from and is accountable to the legislature (the parliament). There are a number of variations of parliamentary republics.

chattels: The politics of Iraq place in a framework of a federal parliamentary representative democratic republic.

chattels: It is a multi-party system whereby the executive power is exercised by the Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers as the head of government, as well as the President of Iraq, and legislative power is vested in the Council of Representatives and the Federation Council.

chattels: Except they have never created the Federation Council.

waldowould: Well let's just say they are trying, but IMO they are still held back by their religious differences.

waldowould: I have just found my next vehicle www.eliomotors.com/
