The Council of Ministers decided (19 April 2016) the formation of a committee headed by Minister of Planning and the membership of the governor of the Iraqi Central Bank and economic advisor to the Prime Minister and Financial Advisor to the Prime Minister and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, Undersecretary of Technical Planning, holds the structure and controls the completion of the distribution of Contractors benefits the process of setting through government bonds, and submit its recommendations to the Prime Minister for approval within a week.

Turan: The federal court's decisions are binding and not the degree of challenge
Legal Committee of the House of Representatives considers, on Sunday, that the Federal Court decisions on the legality of the two sessions of Parliament in April are binding and not the degree of appeal.
Said committee member Hassan Turan, in a press statement: "We hope that the court will issue its final decision on 28 of this month, especially as its decisions are binding and not the degree of challenge and hence the decision will be final and can not any of the parties to resume the call."
He added, "We also hope that the decision of 28 with the beginning of the legislative term opportunity for the resumption of meetings of the Council."

Turan: The federal court's decisions are binding and not the degree of challenge
Legal Committee of the House of Representatives considers, on Sunday, that the Federal Court decisions on the legality of the two sessions of Parliament in April are binding and not the degree of appeal.
