But If Iraq thinks they can continually drag their feet another country will step up to the plate and RV their currency first. Make sure you have all countries currencies because I believe deep down inside that we may one day wake up and find another country other than Iraq RV first.

You need to actually go in and probably know someone who has made these arrangements from a local foriegn currency dealer which would not be for public consumption
