There are a lot of things going on to satisfy the LOI….maybe they need a little bit more time so the LOI can be completely filled out….because they are doing things that we need in that LOI….the LOI has been presented….has already been signed….but that doesn’t mean they have to adhere to it at that moment….here we go….this is what we are doing….this is what we have agreed upon….
And Abadi has said….I’m going to pay the pensions in the coming days….I’m sorry Abadi but you know you are not going to unless you raise the value of your currency….but it is cool that you say that and it give us hope…and we keep studying and watching….not so much what you are saying sir but what you are doing….and you are doing a lot of good things…..and we are encouraged by you….
In fact Iran even congratulated you didn’t they….they said hey Iraq….hey Abadi….congratulations on Fallujah…what do you care Iran….well they want peace….they want anti-terrorism in your country….IMO….they want you to do some things so they can do the same things.
And then we get some information from the governor of the CBI and if you look at the article it wasn’t even the normal governor….they messed that up…they said look….we have $50 billion in reserves…and we also have gold and an international level with banks…..ok….I’m sorry….stop right there….what more do we need…..ok….let me see….if I remember the IMF one of their requirements along with lifting of the restrictions was to make sure you had your reserves back intact….we had talked about that….then all of a sudden….wow….they come out and say we have $50 billion….that is not a lot….but that is impressive….enough to get you started…and then on top of that you also say you have gold…..how much….how much….oh you aren’t talking now….you say you have $50 billion which is chump change…but if you tell me how much gold you have….my jaw might drop…but what an insult…..that you are under a program rate…..you have $50 billion in reserves and a mountain of gold.
We need to see the LOI….then the Minister of Defense and Abadi announce….while this is going on….we are going to ahead and launch the second phase of Mosul….what….where was the first phase….well Frank explained it to us….it was called Fallujah….oh….ok that is cool…..Minister of Defense….this second phase what is it going to do….it is for the liberation of Mosul….in fact it began last Saturday early in the morning….we went into Sirite, and we went into Salalhuddin….we went into all of these cities….they all lead to Mosul….really Minister of Defense…..yes really they do….wow….Minister of Defense you need any chickens….what….Minister of Defense do you need any chickens….no why….well the whole international world is pouring in loans to you….Bill Gates wants to give you some chickens if you want them….no we don’t need any chickens…..ok was just asking….because phase to is to tell you…and you….the international world…and the international investor you shouldn’t consider yourself so unique….you are part of an international structure….and they are telling them….we are walking into Mosul now….it is phase two….yep.
Well IMO….what do we do with these banks…..let me see….IMO…the other banks already have the LD’s…..well you certainly are not going to put LD’s in cities that still have ISIS…but if you get the cities back and the banks back and get rid of ISIS well now is a good time to put those LD’s in the banks isn’t it….well yeah…I guess…..I mean I don’t know….it’s my opinion….my guess…..food for thought.
I need for you to remember.....because of what I just said….if they are telling you something…..right now…..it is because it is way already done….IMO….so let’s see what happens in the next two or three weeks or less if they tell you about Mosul….and let’s see if on the 25th they get the taxes and tariffs.
You know I find it uplifting that Saleh….a former governor of the CBI….the advisor to Abadi….it says…..”Saleh says that the agreement with the IMF is going according to planned”…..now we wanted to make sure that was on the up and up….is that translation correct….yeah…..is that WalkingStick’s article….yeah….we have a link to it….yeah…..can you double check the word “planned”….yeah that is it….and it is the advisor of the financial reforms right….yeah…and is he telling this to Abadi….no I think Abadi told him to tell everyone else…..you mean the international world….yeah….he wants them to know that the agreement….you know the LOI with the IMF is going according to “planned”….holy cow…..it should be according to “plan”…so this was “planned” a long time ago…..we are buying some time to do a lot of the finishing touches on the LOI….IMO.
In fact in that LOI there is probably some wording that made Maliki mad and he walked out of a breakfast…..you did what…..what….I don’t get what….no….I’m out of here….do you think we care…..you are serving a purpose and until that purpose is done….you can stay or go.
Why do you think I asked Atlas four years ago to create UnitedNN, you remember that….why did I ask him to do that…..hey brother I need for you to create UnitedNN for me…..what is it….well create a link or tab….and when you go to that country….for example Vietnam….when they click on that tab for Vietnam it’s going to a page where they can see all the newspaper links, all the television links, all the bank links….everything that is important for us as students of international businesses….and we did and you liked it….and that….I told you is how we study…..I think he had like 30 countries….Mexico, Canada, Vietnam, China, the UK….and anything you wanted to know about that country, their government structure, businesses, banks, you go there and there it was….
You know where I got that idea……a long time ago…..someone called me and said Frank would you come down to my office I want to show you this magazine….and as I looked at the magazine it was professional, really nice…and as I kept turning the pages, I kept thinking….wow….oh look all about China and their industrial revolution….and flipped another page and more link, more articles….and then there was Iraq even….wow…..so that is where I got the idea and had Atlas put a website together with tabs for countries that had links for just about anything you could want or imagine for that country….and that is how you become a student Family….
I think he took the website down now…..had you clicked on the tab for China you would have seen well before it was known that China is going to build in cooperation with Iraq…..industrial cities into Iraq…..now it is the Minister of Industry of Iraq who came out just last week and said it….now we have known about this for two or three weeks, because of the way we study…..the information is just now being given to you….now when the media is giving you something you better be grateful it is giving it to you….because it may be true…..it may be false….it may be on time….it may be delayed…..it may be old…whatever.
Going according to “planned”……I like that….that was two articles ago…..here is another….Abadi talks to the governor of the CBI…whoever that is….but the corruption is decreasing they say….so Abadi tells the governor good job…..and that is what the IMF wants and that is what the LOI description should have.
The World Bank, as international as you can get….the WB comes out and says hey you guys…..the new Labor Law….what new law….do you know about the new Labor Law….well if you were a student you would know….but Frank they don’t need a new law…..no they HAVE the Labor Law….they are amending it…..yep….the New Labor Law in Iraq Acknowledged a World Class….
What does that mean….an international classification that the world recognizes…..and then are they going to raise the value of their currency….well they don’t have to….they can tell all of you….up yours…and you better consider that if you wish to be involved or you wish to stay…..I’m not here to give you false hopes…..I’m here to give you the facts….then you take it to God in prayer to make proper decisions.
Many indicators….and I’m kind of leaning towards the laws right now to help you…..like the HCL….have you not seen it all over the place for the last two or three weeks….unbelievable.
Hussein is coming out and he’s calling on the government to send the Oil and Gas Law to Parliament….after the changes to the agreement…..after the changes to the oil agreement…..come on….if I were Elvis I would drop the microphone and walk off…..but I’m not…..I’m still here studying….but jiminy crickets….they have kept the HCL away because of the last part that belongs to the citizens for 10 or 11 years….why bring it out now….and why do you say….hey get it over here….because we are working on laws….there are lots of laws that need to be worked on….so yeah that is what they are doing Family….are they buying time….I don’t know….I like to suggest that they are….we are going to know by the 25th a little bit better….but you see they got a plan….the Minister of Finance comes out and says….hey…..Iraqi’s oil prices have not yet hit the budget prices that were put forth in the plan…..and I told you…and you saw the oil prices exactly as we predicted.
Hey Zebari just chill it is coming and you also got $50 billion, and you also got a lot of gold….and you also have loans….no charity….you owe it all back….the implementation of a plan for the advancement of four axes….four roads….these were our words….if you are a student of ours….and here they are now in an article….crystal ball….inside information….NO….we are students….this article….this information was put out a long time ago….and when the media finally brings it to you is beyond me….but we bring it to you to help you…..look this says they will implement a plan for the advancement of the four axes north of Baghdad….well yeah that is because they cleared these cities.

I can hear it in your voice tonight Frank that you are tired…and I am going to pray for you on that because you have given so much to us as a Family to give some energy back to you…..I started out a few years ago not knowing much of anything about this study or anything economics or how the world works financially….you have just created a forum….a school where I have learned so easily….you have made it interesting and exciting for me to dive down those rabbit holes and to educate myself to where I get up every morning and I read Iraqi newspapers before I read our own….I see your heart in every video….I see who you are as a God loving Christian man who wants nothing more than to help this Family….and as far as their health….as far as studying….and your beauty just comes through…and I know this may sound a little trivial but you just mean the world to me and my husband…and I know the world typically doesn’t work this way…..

Frank: A very good point….the gentleman expresses….hey look Dr. Shabibi has said he would do the Monetary Reform at the beginning or end of a year….not in the middle of a year….m reaction to that is….Dr. Shabibi is under the guidance of the IMF now as of December 2015 when they presented the plan to them…and IMO….Dr. Shabibi has followed that plan step by step in the background while those who are exposed in the GOI and CBI are making these decisions….

I think they are going to raise the value when they want to because of the shame of the 1166 in the ME and all of these people that have come in….they are coming in…you and me and the international companies on a gamble….we don’t know if these guys are going to raise the value….we don’t know if they are going to keep their word because we brought them into the international world….could they stay at 1166….yeah…but oh my goodness the consequences would be astronomical….
