The Federal Supreme Court, announced Wednesday, to postpone its special sitting to consider the invitation made to challenge the two sessions of the House of Representatives to next Monday.
A spokesman for the Federal Supreme Court, Abdul Sattar Bayraktar said in an interview for Alsumaria News, "The Federal Court adjourned its special sitting to consider the invitation made to appeal to the House of Representatives Bgelsta Day next Monday, the 13th of the current month."
Bayraktar said, that "the court postponed the hearing until it is calling the new experts."
Federal Court held earlier, on Wednesday, its third to consider cases submitted to challenge the constitutionality of two sessions of the House of Representatives, which held in April.

On October 18, 2015, the Prime Minister issued a decree endorsing the Public Investment Management Decision Process Framework in line with World Bank recommendations covering investment selection, implementation, and ex-post evaluation.
By end-April 2016, the federal Ministry of Planning will set up a central PIM unit that will screen projects based on feasibility studies and develop and manage the Integrated Bank of Projects (IBP) to be operated as a sub- system of the existing Iraq Development Management System (IDMS).
