and in that search, stumbled on IMF using turkmanistan as their prime example of the processes they went thru... govt reform, banking reform, the gradual process –
it was extremely interesting and I know you'd just devour it if I had that link.. I was comparing their recommendations with Iraq's movement, process...
additionally, they were pointing out other countries who failed - in their reval's due to not doing what Turkmeinistan had done.. Later, researching, they didn't do an actual 'rv' as we consider it, but - their currency value did increase gradually.
