noting that " a letter of guarantee free traders in his name after receiving a public company for the automotive industry and equipment approval to sell cars and mechanisms in installments for two years in exchange for providing the company with a letter of guarantee worth (7,500,000,000) bonds issued by the state bank. "
It said the Commission that "the staff moved to the headquarters of the bank immediately upon receipt of information to it, where it was ascertained directly from the non-validity of the letter of guarantee submitted, adjust the suspects red-handed, accompanied extruded reus (letter fake escrow),"
pointing out that "were written statements from the accused and ratification of judicial from Excavation before the investigation judge, who decided to record the statements of witnesses in the case, and the arrest of the accused in order to take legal proceedings against them. "
And it announced the Integrity Commission, in the June 8, 2016, from the foiled attempt to steal 19 billion dinars from the Rafidain Bank funds.
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced (January 2016 9) In 2016, the elimination of corruption, and among that corruption has no religion or doctrine, he pointed to the existence of "collusion" between the corrupt and "terrorists."
