larrykn says():yep , what I found out this plan has been in play since 2004 but really start to take off in 2011 the 2016 budget is 1000% excutible, meaning there is no wiggle room , they have to do what is in the budget an the IMF ,WB , UST and EU everyone will make sure it gets done, we just don't know the date they will change the currency is all

An official source at the Central Bank of Iraq, Saturday, for the bank to convert a number of financial companies and banking firms to banks after they met the conditions and prevented from dealing outlets to sell the dollar.
The source told / balances News / "The CBI has issued approvals to transfer a number of financial companies and banking to the banks of eligibility."
