Jafar said that al-Abadi busy now bodies independent ministerial amendment, adding that he is feeling the pulse of the existing political blocs .. He pointed out that al-Abadi will consider staying on the same government or resort to the overall change if desired most of the members of parliament to do so without resorting to quotas or may change some leaders of the blocs in the government figures the second and third line.

06/24/2016  The President of the Badr parliamentary bloc Qasim al-Araji, Friday, for reservation bloc's decision, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi change the inspectors general positions in the ministries of the State, as promised to be "illogical" It was not a "clear grounds", he stressed that the government took advantage of the legislative recess Parliament and of the changes.
 
Qasim al-Araji, in a statement received (range Press), a copy of it, that "the mass of custody of the Iraqi government to transfer procedures and the appointment of inspectors general," noting that "this action has an individual without consulting the legislative institution."
 
Araji said, "The government took advantage of the legislative recess and the changes in the inspectors general are ambiguous and doubt does not reform without consulting the parliament," he said, adding that the "Badr block with reforms overall truth but reject any unilateral act which must be the government and parliament participate in real reform."
 
The head of the Badr's parliamentary bloc, said "the issue of the transfer of some inspectors general is unreasonable was not on clear foundations," pointing out that "in the event of failure of the Inspector General in a particular ministry, there is no justification for his transfer to the Ministry or other institution."
 
The Finance Committee of the House of Representatives promised, on Monday (20 June 2016), the decision Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi change the inspectors general positions in the ministries of the State "consecration of corruption," and while confirming that most of the inspectors who has Mdaorthm did not contribute to disclose "corruption that exists in Previous their ministries, "Abbadi called" not to use the recess to make the changes.
