Iraqi Central Bank announced on Thursday its sales decline for the banks compared to last year to nearly 1.5 million dollars.

not because Iraq just mysteriously woke up one day and decided to do what they needed to to fix there country, no they needed help to fix stuff because not only do they just not have the knowledge or the ability to overcome there problems...
they are too paranoid and untrusting of each other they always believe theres some sort of ulterior motive....them stepping back and letting the leaders of the world in all walks of government, economy, political,security...
all of it they are being led now, to get the money they need to pay there salaries an much more they have to do what these leaders say..
