Description parliamentary Finance Committee member Ahmed Sarhan, Tuesday, the terms of the International Monetary Fund for lending to Iraq as "arbitrary", while pointing to Iraq's refusal to those conditions.
Ahmed said L / balance News /, that "the conditions set by the International Monetary Fund to grant loans to Iraq" arbitrary, "adding that" Iraq has rejected those conditions because they belong to a slice of the Iraqi people. "
He added that "those conditions will worsen the financial and economic situation of the citizens," adding that "the Fund only to monitor aspects of the loans provided by the Exchange."

Iraq officially join the Convention on Biological Diversity
21/06/2016 11:44 | Direction Press / Baghdad Iraq officially joined the International Convention concerning the maintenance of biological diversity that helps to preserve the biodiversity of the Iraqi environment.
Technical Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Environment Jassim Agricole said in a statement that "the trend Press" obtained a copy of it today, "The Secretariat of the Convention on biological diversity, and formally agreed to Iraq's request to join the International Convention on Biological diversity, migratory and endangered animals."
He explained that the agricultural "the Convention on Biological Diversity is a legally binding international treaty aimed at the conservation of biological diversity, the sustainable use of biodiversity and the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from utilization of genetic resources and sharing."
He said the technical agent for the Ministry of Health and the Environment: "The agreement covers biodiversity at the ecosystem level, species and genetic resources, and also covers biotechnology."
He stressed that the agricultural "Iraq 's accession to the Convention will contribute to support his efforts to preserve the biodiversity of the Iraqi environment and benefit from the experiences of developed countries in this field."

Search Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Tuesday, at a meeting with the government 's economic committee, the possible exception of the national card project of financial allocations, and ways to address water scarcity in the province of Basra .
He said the Information Office, the Minister of Finance, in a statement received " Tomorrow 's Press , " a copy of it, that " the Committee on Economic Affairs will hold its eighth , headed by Finance Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, and the participation of the ministers of Planning, and Minister of Agriculture and Governor of the Central Bank and Chairman of the National Authority for Investment and Advisor to the Prime Minister Affairs economic and general manager of the legal department in the secretariat . "
The statement said, " has been discuss and debate the exception of national card project and the security cordon to its importance in terms of security projects, has also been discussing the project of establishing life Hospital in Diwaniyah, as well as a project to address the scarcity of water in Basra provided by the body .
