Federal Court postpones consideration of a case two sessions of parliament to 28 this month
 
13/06/2016 10:38 | Direction Press / Baghdad   The Federal Supreme Court decided on Monday to postpone consideration of a lawsuit challenging the two sessions of Council meetings, the House of Representatives in the month of April, the 28th of the current month.
 
The spokesman for the judiciary, Abdul Sattar Bayraktar said in a statement "the trend Press" obtained a copy of it today, "The Supreme Federal Court held its hearing for the appeal submitted to the constitutionality of two sessions of the House of Representatives for the month of April."
 
He added that "the meeting saw the chanting was sworn in for the five experts who were elected," noting that "experts told the court duties, and gave them permission to enter the House of Representatives in the detection site."

He pointed out that the "experts asked Amhalam until the 26th of this month for the purpose of presenting their report," alluding to "postpone the hearing to the 28th of the same month for this reason".

BAGHDAD / JAMC  The Federal Supreme Court has decided to postpone consideration of the appeal proceedings in the two sessions of Council meetings, the House of Representatives in the month of April, the 28th of the current month.
 
The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, spokesman for the judiciary, said that "the Federal Supreme Court held its hearing for the appeal submitted to the constitutionality of two sessions of the House of Representatives for the month of April."
 
Bayraktar said that "the meeting witnessed repeating the oath of the five experts who were elected," noting that "experts told the court duties, and gave them permission to enter the House of Representatives in the detection site."
 
He pointed out that the "experts asked Amhalam until the 26th of this month for the purpose of presenting their report," alluding to "postpone the hearing to the 28th of the same month for this reason."
