Platinumrunway: Memos again went out to all banks from tier 1 to 4. Today there were rumblings about holding off until the end of the month...several individuals said no to that! RV rates are showing but they are higher. No concrete outcome on todays meeting about the groups.
Groups were told to be ready and emails would be there. Internet groups wait for banks processing codes to be activated. Banks dont have processing codes for general public or internet groups.
