Society says():`I have been watching for "when" they are coming.......As I understand, the last time they both came at the same time was when the "3 zero" currency was launched....

I do not believe it is normal for the heads of the World Bank and the UN to just drop in and visit the Iraqi Parliament. These are very busy people. However, as I have been repeading myself for months.........this lines up with what the IMF told the world about Iraq.
