wmawhite says to tman23():So, the technical Letter of Intent dated December 23, 2015 with Legrade's signation as well as that of the Minister of Finance and the CBI are to be regarded as what?

The result of the Technical Letter of Intent came from the very meeting that this statement came from:...The director of the Middle East Department and Central Asia for the International Monetary Fund Masood Ahmed in a press statement.......stressed that Iraq will return to economic market during the first half of next year.

rcookie says():tman23 The IMF did make the statement that Iraq will enter the world market 1st part of 2016… So ask yourself…What does Iraq have to export from agriculture or manufacturing?

NOTHING IS THE ANSWER! So again, why announce Iraq to the world market? The only reason can be to exchange their currency for foreign currency to purchase imported goods.

 None of that means our 3 zero notes will be worth more money. WE only hope that it will be worth big returns on exchange
 wmawhite says to tman23():What is of great interst is that LeGrade uses the same verb as her Director of Middle East and Central Asia uses........."Will".

rcookie says to wmawhite():SO NOT WORTHY OF REBUTTLE!!
wmawhite says to tman23():signature

rcookie says to wmawhite():POINTLES!!!!
rcookie says to wmawhite():POINTLESS!!!!!
rcookie says to dale():EXACTLY DALE!!!!!!!!

tman23 says():My thoughts exactly.......POINTLESS !! Unless you care to research with an open mind.......

Robl says():So, am I reading this right, the debate is that basically, there will not be an RV in the first half of this year? We are just reading into what has been stated by IMF?

wmawhite says to tman23():One other item...........go to paragraph #18, #19 and #20............and read for yourself wher..."the government will........" Not maybe, not hopefully, not might get around to it................

_firefly_ says to Robl():NOBODY knows the date .... petriod

Robl says to _firefly_():Agreed. I am just reading through this debate and trying to make sense of it.

David[X25SNDAUGTUKHUQWI6BTABCMVI@yahoo..] says():According to the latest report from the World Gold Council, central banks added 336.2 tonnes of gold to their reserves in the second half of 2015, up from 252.1 tonnes in the first half of the year.

According to the latest report from the World Gold Council, central banks added 336.2 tonnes of gold to their reserves in the second half of 2015, up from 252.1 tonnes in the first half of the year.

Article in business site says the World Gold Council registered an increase of gold holdings at central Article in business pub says Central banks have increased holdings of gold from 252 tons to 333 tons first half 2015 to YTD 2016 up only 34%

dale says to beblessed():Tman23/: Your right I haven't looked but what I stated is is what happens even in large corporations ..... just doesn't seem like anyone would run their mouth especially given how huge this is for not only Iraq but the world.

wmawhite says to tman23():I have not seen anything more informative than this Technical Letter of Intent. This document is a game plan that within paragraph #19 and #20 explains how the move to Article 8 is achieved.

_firefly_ says to Robl():IMF stated Iraq will enter the Global Market in the 1st half of 2016. Not my words but theirs. They IMO would need an international tradeable rate I would think

tman23 says to Robl():The IMF is NEVER going to release market sensitive material....... Is a clue to the revaluation of the IQD market sensative ? I would say so !! So re-entering the international market announcement means RV ??? I think not !!

wmawhite says to Robl():No one has said anything about RV.

rcookie says to _firefly_():NOT IF CHRISTINE LEGARDE DIDNT SAY IT....,ROFL!!!!!!!!

Robl says to _firefly_():Thanks. I am just reading the debate and trying to make sense of the differences. Much Appreciated....

_firefly_ says to rcookie():Nothing to debate really, just read the article for yourself :)

wmawhite says to dale():I have to disagree with you............this is no big secret........that is guru b%$&^*s.
wmawhite says to dale()  Iraq wants the world to know that they are entering the markets.

wmawhite says to dale():The IMF.....again..read it yourself....has told the world Iraq is entering the markets.

Robl says to _firefly_():ok, will check it out. Thanks,
_firefly_ says to Robl()::)

dale says to beblessed():Wmawhite : Makes sense.
wmawhite says():Iraq gains nothing by keeping a secret.........

rcookie says to _firefly_():EXACTLY...UNLESS YOU RISE AND SHINE UNDER THE EVERYTHINGS A CONSPIRACY FLAG!!! ROFL!!!!!!
rcookie says to _firefly_():WHAT A WAY TO LIVE!!!!

wmawhite says():Hexk, Iraq as with any country will need the assistance of the world financial community............there is no secret.

David[X25SNDAUGTUKHUQWI6BTABCMVI@yahoo..] says():so tman is saying Iraq renters the Global trade market with the dinar at .0008 of a cent? Then all their trade is done in dollars or Euros or pounds how does that increase Iraqi citizens purcasing power?

wmawhite says to David[X25SNDAUGTUKHUQWI6BTABCMVI@yahoo..]():I won't speak for him..........but no one has discussed a value.

R&R says():Well, the first half of 2016 has 181 opportunities for Iraq to enter the world market.... there are now only 115 left. None of us knows which one will be the one. But what we do expect is that they should no longer have an artificial program rate once they enter the market. I hope this is a fair statement, to add to the conversation...

David[X25SNDAUGTUKHUQWI6BTABCMVI@yahoo..] says():I understand whatever tghe value is it has to have some purchasing scale versus the trading partners. It can't remain worthless
clay says to R&R():Im with you

larrykn says():the value of the dinar inside of Iraq will not be seen as such, it is how much more you can buy with that same amount of dinar, once the go international is when you will see the big diferents, what they can buy outside of the county will determine the value of the dinar

R&R says to clay():(handshake)
clay says to R&R():(handshake)

David[X25SNDAUGTUKHUQWI6BTABCMVI@yahoo..] says():the number of attempts to enter the market were circunstaintially different apples and oranges. Negative interest rates mean currencies are the last venue to stimulate demand

David[X25SNDAUGTUKHUQWI6BTABCMVI@yahoo..] says():frustrating bye

rustynail says to clay():hey bud , don't they just have 4 days left on the ultimatum from Sadr
rustynail says to clay():the most recent one that said the 11th

rcookie says():I would say so !! So re-entering the international market announcement means RV ??? I think not !!

rcookie says():SO IRAQ WILL BE ENTERING INTERNATIONAL MARKETS AT THE IMPOSED...ARTIFICIALLY SUPRESSED RATE...BUCKLE UP !!!!

larrykn says():did I miss something rcookie what is this about entering the international market at an imposed rate, they would go broke over night at that rate

R&R says to rustynail():FYI - Sadr gave his 45-day ultimatum on 2/13/16. Then Abadi on 2/28/16 said he would have his ministerial selections "within ten days".

R&R says():BTW Sadr just put out his approved list of people for the ministerial seats, with exception of foreign, interior, and defense.

R&R says():The names of candidates for the new Iraqi government by the Commission for the first time Alsdr..tkhv

BAGHDAD: Iraq-Presse - March 7: Sources close to the committees formed by the Sadrist movement to nominate independents to take up ministerial posts in the upcoming change, at dawn on Monday, said that these committees reached nominations for nine ministries and are still searching in the naming of ministers of key sectors occupy the foreign, interior and defense positions where was not clear until now features independent personalities that can be found to fill these positions.

Pablo says():Did he say anything about CBI governor?
R&R says to Pablo():No... but I'll bring in who they've agreed on so far
Pablo says():Thanks.

R&R says to Pablo():The sources said that the proposed ministers were as follows:
R&R says():First: the Ministry of Justice: Wael Abdul Latif, the strongest candidates, along with other candidates are Hussein net Caesar and Abdul-Latif al-Rubaie Tohme.

R&R says():Second: The Ministry of Industry: two are nominated her and Yahya Al-Dujaili spokesman Antoine

R&R says():Third: The Ministry of Finance nominated her Obaid al-Dulaimi, a former deputy secretary general of the Council of Ministers

R&R says():Fourth: The Ministry of Water Resources: Mazen nominated her slave

Fifth: The Ministry of Health has nominated six people, most notably Hammoud Rashad Jeweler and Imad Mashat

Sixth: The Ministry of Oil: nominated her Abdul Mahdi al-Amidi He is Director of Licensing at the ministry

Geofitness says to rcookie():I don't know what I don't know as far as putting these piece togather. So I'm not saying I beleive something to be, or not be true. It's simply a question and thank you for being patient and taking time to answer it in a thought proviking manner

R&R says():http://ift.tt/1RylPOW
http://ift.tt/1RylPOW

Geofitness says to rcookie():So as far as value is concerned, how likely, regardless of what we want the value to be, how likely is it that they could increase the value to .10 -.25 which by the way is significant instead of the $1 plus we hope for?

Geofitness says to rcookie():.10 would give them more purchasing power correct? Just trying to use a little logic here

Geofitness says to rcookie():Ok good answer. Thank you for taking the time again.

R&R says():Anyone see in news or press releases from the Iraqi Banking Conference today? THe first day's agenda is complete, including Alak speaking this morning. It's almost 8pm there and the Gala dinner starts at 8:30pm.

Hutch says():UM ## We're going to need more toner ### Chat Copied ##

Geofitness says to rcookie():Even better answer. So would it be safe to say with assurance if Iraq increases their purchasing power that they "cannot" be less than what we believe is beneficial. $1 plus

jtank says():yahoo

Geofitness says to rcookie():p.s. not trying to back you in a corner, just trying to get a real grasp on the thinking and how economics work.

jimplants says to Geofitness():IF THEY COME IN AT .10CENTS I WILL BUY MORE!!!!
Loopback says to jimplants():Exactly

jimplants says():LOTS MORE

R&R says to jimplants():Don't know if I'd buy anymore, but I definitely would release a note or two at $0.10 (y)

Geofitness says to jimplants():I would too since it would validate our existance in this investment of the increase in value regardless of the number. We would beat our chest with great confidence that they would increase a heck of a lot more. Gotta run. Thank you all for your input and patients

larrykn says():Iraq in an article not to long ago said they will be one of the highest currency in the ME, I don't think 10 cents would get them there for one and two your right I and everyone else would buy a lot more knowing it will be going up

jimplants says():AT .10 CENTS WHALES WOULD HAVE A WHOLE NEW MEANING
larrykn says():isn't that the truth lol

jimplants says():PRACTICING MY WHALE MOAN NOW

larrykn says():of course they could stop allowing the dinar to be sold which would stop that
jtank says():aahhooo aahhooo--lol

larrykn says():but then forex would take over,,, just me thinking outload lol
larrykn says():loud sorry

jimplants says():AAHHOOOOOOOO AAHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
faith1 says():the stand by has surly made us strong....er A (v)
