According to a media library received all Iraq in "al-Jabouri met the Governor of the Central Bank during the meeting, trading in the overall economic situation and future plans to improve the banking business in Iraq."

The strange part on these loans is....the CoM voted to pay 50% of the new housing mortgage for citizens....yet I would think that takes a vote from Parliment..... And what new housing is there available right now...... Citizens can get the applications from banks but they will not begin until 3/27..........
