tman23 says():Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi planned reshuffle in his Government, and called for the formation of a Government of technocrats, away from quotas, but Prime Minister Abadi did not obtain authorization from the Parliment when they hosted him on February 20.

Abbadi has two choices, either to recognize the reality and the impossibility of forming a Government of technocrats ........OR adopt decisions that it deems appropriate with a resolution to exempt Parliament Presidents and Ministers and merging of ministries....

if Abadi is serious about this issue, then make a final decision quickly, and referred it to the House, then the people will see who is in default"....... (( STRANGE SITUATION..... Choosing technocrat's to serve is putting the cart before the horse since Parliment has not approved the reshuffle...... One has to assume they have the votes in Parliment to proceed...they wouldn't do things backwards...LOL !! Or would they ?

Hutch says to rcookie():NOT SURE IF HES CASHING IN OR PLAYING A GAME. oR.... TAKING HIS BALL AND BAT AND GOING HOME !
