OOTW: WHY DOES IT SEEM LIKE THINGS HAVE TO GET TO A POINT OF NO RETURN BEFORE THE WORLD PTB WILL SEEMINGLY STEP IN?

Butifldrm: ‹@OOTW› the PTB have been giving Iraq advice, money, and lives since Saddam
Butifldrm: corruption
Butifldrm: So we see the Iraqi's have known about these problems with the damn for years
Butifldrm: and did they fix it NOOOO!

OOTW: SHAMEFUL REALLY
Butifldrm: Now, it seems to be a hug problem    Butifldrm: yes

OOTW: YEAH - OBAMA'S NIGHTMARE SO AN ARTICLE SAID
OOTW: THINKING THERE SHOULD BE MORE OF THOSE LOL
 ~~~
OOTW: WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE TARIFFS OVERALL....DO YOU THINK IT ODD THAT THERE'S NO INCREASE IN BUYING POWER TO OFFSET THESE?
Butifldrm: Well, as I said before, In Iraq always the cart before the horse
Butifldrm: you would think that giving the citizens more buying power would help offset the tariffs
OOTW: PERHAPS VERY WELL TRUE, BUT MAYBE THEY JUST HAVEN'T CAUGHT UP YET..THE ARTICLES DO STATE THAT THEY HAVE JUST STARTED A FEW DAYS AGO AT THE BORDERS
OOTW: YES, YOU'D THINK
Butifldrm: I'm thinking from the article that I read, that the government thinks the tariffs/taxes will not affect the average citizen   Butifldrm: articles
OOTW: HOW NOT?   OOTW: 2% ?
OOTW: NOT EVERYONE CAN CONTINUE TO PAY THAT ON A DAILY BASIS
OOTW: OR WEEKLY, OVER AND OVER
OOTW: ESP THE POOR WHO ARE LIVING ON RATION ITEMS
OOTW: THEY CAN'T LIVE ON RICE, WHEAT AND OIL ALONE I'D THINK
Butifldrm: that's just it
OOTW: AND A BIT OF SUGAR
Butifldrm: the majority of people are on ration items
Butifldrm: and they live a meager existance
Butifldrm: like most taxes  Butifldrm: they are targeted at the wealthy
Butifldrm: now wealthy can take on many faces
Butifldrm: What everyone has to understand  Butifldrm: the there is no going back o the tariffs
Butifldrm: they are signed into law and into the Gazette through the budget
OOTW: SO YOU FEEL THAT THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IS NOW IN TACT?
OOTW: YEP
Butifldrm: no, not until we see the Kurd's comply
Butifldrm: I do believe the meeting they are having presently are a good sign
OOTW: OK, SO SINCE THEY HAVE THE OPP TO COMPLY OR NOT, DO YOU THINK THEY NEED THEIR OWN LAWS ON THIS?
Butifldrm: the Kurds?
OOTW: YES
Butifldrm: So have u read that that was their line of thought?
OOTW: I'M SAYING THEY HAVE INDEPENDENCE, TO SOME DEGREE, THEY PASS THEIR OWN LAWS, AND SO DO YOU THINK SINCE THEY HAVE THE POWER TO COMPLY OR NOT, THAT IT MAY FALL TO THEM STATING THEY NEED THEIR OWN LEGISLATION?
OOTW: NO   OOTW: I HAVE NOT READ THIS
Butifldrm: oh ok
OOTW: I JUST WANT TO TRY TO FULLY EXAMINE
Butifldrm: got ya
Butifldrm: No I believe Barzani would not have gone to Baghdad for these meeting if the Kurds were to have their own law and plan for tariffs
Butifldrm: I would have like to been in those meetings  :wink:
OOTW: ME TOO AND THE IRAN NUC DEAL
Butifldrm: yea    Butifldrm: for sure
Doug_W: a fly on the wall
Butifldrm: ‹@Doug_W› absolutely
Butifldrm: ‹@Doug_W› Hi
Butifldrm: thanks for joining us
Abraham: The IMF will Order and Structure
Abraham: Bring*
Butifldrm: ‹@Abraham› oh yes that is their job
Butifldrm: The IMF has been giving Iraq guidance since the 2003 and under the Maliki administration Iraq has completely ignored
Abraham: That is why you are seeing the integrity commission and judiciary meeting.
Butifldrm: It's a sad game   Butifldrm: two many players
Abraham: ‹@Butifldrm› yes
Butifldrm: Sunni, Shia, Iran, Saudi, United States, Jordan, etc.....
Butifldrm: the most important in the game is oil!
Abraham: Corruption is a way of life to them, but I assure you it's going to be addressed
Doug_W: HCL   Doug_W: HCL   Doug_W: HCL   Doug_W: HCL
Butifldrm: and that is the checkmate
Doug_W: if U get my drift
Butifldrm: ‹@Doug_W› HCL should have been passed years ago
Doug_W: I agree
Butifldrm: when Iraq was in High Cotton
Doug_W: thanks MALIKI
Butifldrm: now the Central Government has nothing to give
Butifldrm: they are in a mess
Butifldrm: yet corruption goes on through the auctions and to manage their peg to the dollar and the CBI reserves are depleted
OOTW: JUST WANTED TO INTERRUPT...THERE WAS AN ARTICLE OUT ELUDING THAT THE FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING LAW WAS PASSED
OOTW: BUT THE PARLIAMENT SITE STATES THAT IT STILL NEEDS TWO READINGS
Butifldrm: cool
 OOTW: AND KURDISH ECONOMIST STATES THAT THE FED REVENUE SHARING LAW IS INTEGRAL TO HCL
OOTW: SO WE'LL SEE
OOTW: ALL IN ALL, IT SEEMS LIKE WE'RE IN A GOOD PLACE
OOTW: SALEH AND HAFEZ CONTINUE TO CALL OUT CORRUPT BANKING PRACTICES
OOTW: MASSUM AND ABADI AND JOBOURI STATING THAT THEY'LL KEEP PRESSURE ON INTEGRITY COMMISSION
OOTW: YASSIRI, HEAD OF INTEGRITY MEETING WITH MAHMOUD
Butifldrm: The Federal Government needs money to share‹@OOTW›
OOTW: WHO KNOWS IF THIS REALLY WILL HAVE AN EFFECT, BUT AT LEAST THEY'RE MAKING A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT (W CORRUPT MAHMOUD)
OOTW: YES THEY DO AND THEY HAVE TO REACH OUT NOW
OOTW: BAGHDAD IS NOT POSITIONED AS STRONGLY AS T HE UPPER HAND NOW
Butifldrm: The Federal government is resorting to Austerity to pay its employees
OOTW: I DO THINK THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH THE KURDS AND IT DOESNT HURT THAT GOP IS TALKING ABOUT ALIGNING WITH THE KURDS ALMOST DAILY
OOTW: YES ANOTHER STRONG PRESSURE POINT
Butifldrm: Yes the Central Government needs Kurdistan
Butifldrm: Not just for oil  Butifldrm: They need the Peshmerga
Butifldrm: Kurdistan has the bulk of refugees   Butifldrm: It's a mess
OOTW: YES IT IS BUT PERHAPS WILL BRING UNITY
OOTW: NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF UNITY LOL
Butifldrm: Lol   Butifldrm: Mother of last resort
OOTW: LOL
OOTW: AND I READ LAST WEEK THEY'RE DEFINITELY GOING TO STOP FUNDING THE MILITIAS
Butifldrm: That's wonderful. Think about this. Kurdistan was economically so much more advanced than the Central Government. They only had 20% corruption compared to the central government 80%
Butifldrm: Now because of the decline in oil prices Kurdistan is in the same boat
Butifldrm: They must negotiate   Butifldrm: Kurdistan has lost their ace in the hole
Butifldrm: Oil   Butifldrm: Money
OOTW: YES IN AN ODD WAY T HE STRIFE SEEMS TO BE BRINGING ABOUT SEEMING POSITIVE CHANGE
 OOTW: WE'LL SEE   OOTW: VERY INTERESTING TIMES
OOTW: WAY MORE FORWARD MOVEMENT SINCE ABADI CAME INTO POWER THAN AT ANY TIME I CAN RECALL
Butifldrm: Before they were able to pump oil through their own pipeline to the port of Ceyan
Butifldrm: And make 100+ dollars a barrel   Butifldrm: Not now
Butifldrm: Well good Lord Abadi is my hero
OOTW: OKAY SO BUTI..TELL ME WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT OIL PRODUCTION?
OOTW: WILL MAHDI BE ABLE TO THWART PRODUCTION AS HE'S STATED
OOTW: ?
Butifldrm: He is spinning many plates. The Kurds are just one.
Butifldrm: Well Mahdi just represents Iraq
Butifldrm: It appears that many of the OPEC and oil producing nations are coming to their senses
OOTW: YES BUT HE SAID A COUPLE DAYS AGO THAT IRAQ WOULD SLOW DOWN PRODUCTION AND THAT THE PRICE PER BARREL WOULD CLIMB UPWARD BY MID YEAR
Butifldrm: Considering the price of oil and their peg to the dollar
Butifldrm: Yes
OOTW: OKAY SO YOU THINK SAUDI IS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO LEVERAGE THEIR POST AS EASILY AS BEFORE?
Butifldrm: But unless all producers agree. I doubt Iraq will
Butifldrm: Iran is key in this situation
OOTW: OK, SO WHAT IS IRAN'S POST NOW THAT THEY'RE BACK ON THE WORLD STAGE?
Butifldrm: Hold on
OOTW: K :)
Butifldrm: Iran Says It Won’t Join Immediate OPEC Production Cut
 Butifldrm: Can't pull the link   Butifldrm: But it's from WSJ
OOTW: YES I REMEMBER SEEING THAT
OOTW: AND ARTICLE OUT YESTERDAY TOO
Butifldrm: So the proud Sunnis that Saudia Arabia are, Do you think they will cut production
Butifldrm: Yea
OOTW: I THINK MUCH TENSION BUILDING ESP BETWEEN IRAN AND SAUDI....LOTS OF MANIPULATION
OOTW: NO
Butifldrm: I doubt it nor will any other Sunni nations
Butifldrm: Yes
OOTW: YEAH, I WONDER WHAT US POLICY WILL DO NOW
 Butifldrm: They are at war in Yemen
Butifldrm: Iraq is caught in the crosshairs
Butifldrm: Under Obama? Nothing
Butifldrm: He has liberated Iran
OOTW: YES
OOTW: MUCH PRESSURE FROM THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY ON THE US TO DO THIS
Butifldrm: Their banks go online tomorrow for SWIFT
OOTW: AND NOW WE WATCH THE TENSION BUILDING IN SYRIA
OOTW: MANY REFUGEES SPREADING ACROSS THE GLOBE
Butifldrm: Yes
OOTW: I KNOW THAT'S INCREDIBLE TO ME WITH ALL THE STRIFE IN THE REGION
Butifldrm: It's a huge mess and it's going to get messier
OOTW: DID YOU HEAR THAT IN DENMARK (IF I RECALL PROPERLY) THE GOVT OFFICIALS ARE FORCING THE REFUGEES TO TURN IN ALL THEIR VALUABLE GOODS, SAVE SENTIMENTAL ITEMS?
OOTW: YES IT IS
OOTW: THEY HAVE TO TURN OVER, WEALTH AND JEWELERY
OOTW: THEY'RE CALLING IT THE JEWEL LAW
OOTW: AND MOST REPORTS I'VE READ STATE THAT THE POOR CANNOT FLEE
OOTW: IT'S ONLY MIDDLE CLASS AND UPPER  OOTW: THAT CAN ESCAPE
OOTW: SO, DID THE US SELL OUT RE SYRIA TO NEGOTIATE THE IRAN DEAL?
OOTW: IDK
Butifldrm: http://ift.tt/1eRksyx... Iran swift link
http://ift.tt/1npCzRa
Butifldrm: OMG that is the truth
Butifldrm: It's happening in many countries across Europe
Butifldrm: Merkel is now telling the refugees that once the war is over they must return to their homrland
OOTW: OH WOW
OOTW: SO DO YOU THINK THIS MIGHT SPEED UP ADDRESSING THE ISSUES IN THE REGION?
Butifldrm: You know that's not going to happen right?
OOTW: TO BRING ABOUT REFUFEES GOING BACK?
OOTW: NO
Butifldrm: Kurdistan?
OOTW: NO WITH SYRIA AND REFUGEES
OOTW: MERKEL..
Butifldrm: Oh well she invited them and now she has lost confidence in Germany
OOTW: YEAH
OOTW: WELL, FINLAND REFUSED TO ADHERE TO THE INFLUX NUMBER
Butifldrm: She'll probably get a job at the UN. Lol
OOTW: THEY PUT A CAP ON INTAKING OF REFUGEES   OOTW: LMAO   OOTW: LOL
 Butifldrm: There are a few things we need to talk about
Butifldrm: As an impact of all this migration
Butifldrm: Who do u think can migrate successfully
Butifldrm: The educated
Butifldrm: All countries will accept socialized educated people
OOTW: YES OOTW: AGREED
OOTW: MANY IRAQI INTELLECTUALS, FOR EXAMPLE, WENT TO EUROPE
OOTW: REMEMBER WE SAW THE CHARGES AGAINST MALIKI SIGNED BY M ANY WHO WERE NOW OUT OF THE COUNTRY   OOTW: THE SIGNATOREE'S WERE ARTISTS , LAWYERS, ETC
Butifldrm: Iraq is loosing their most valued rescourcy
Butifldrm: Yes   Butifldrm: Syria too
OOTW: ANYTHING NEW ON THE WORLD BANKING FRONT YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT?
Butifldrm: And those that chose to stay were more than likely killed in the occupied provinces
Butifldrm: By ISIS
Butifldrm: Well I brought up Japan
Butifldrm: Just like the collapse in China. Japan moving to negative interest rates evidently shocked the World
Butifldrm: Even though they have had their printing presses working overtime devaluing their currency for a few years now. It has not worked
Butifldrm: They have now moved to negative rates an apparently people are pulling their money from the banks    Butifldrm: Oh let clarify
OOTW: K
Butifldrm: China has not moved to negative rates they have just straight up devalued the yuan
Butifldrm: We need to watch Japan's move and how this will effect China
