Society says(): IMO, the primary thing we are wanting is for Iraq to accept Article 8 obligations.......If after Article 8, we do not have a rate we are expecting, only then can anyoe think negative......
noone knows the timing and this is where we as speculative investors get disappointed when it doesn't happen when we expect.......
In the BIG picture, the current news is unlike any we have seen before and we have clear black and white proof from the IMF that Iraq is CURRENTLY working to accept Article 8 obligations........Plain and simple.......it cannot be disputed........the only thing left to dispute is timing.......
It would certainly appear to be happening this year and probably in the first half of this year.......Will it???.......Time will tell.......BUT.......be assured, we are finally truly going to see Article 8 in the relative near future.....whether days, weeks, months or a year.....
