Tootsie: not sure if posted here yet, BUT ~ The World Bank suspended aid to Iraq due to the political crisis Saturday April 16.2016 Baghdad: Head of the IMF mission in Iraq, Christian Gooch said that the fund is considering to suspend financial aid to the Iraqi government because of the confusion made in the House of Representatives.
He added Gooch in a press statement that the agreement was reached during the meetings that knot in Washington during the month of April, and the Gooch said that "Iraq will receive under the agreement to finance the estimated $ 15 billion, a third of the International Monetary Fund and the rest from international institutions and other donors."LINK

According to the site, "Cairo O" interested in Egyptian affairs, issued in English, it is likely that the resort is open initially to foreigners seeking freedom in Egypt.
The crown Obracharz, the owner of "Nature Camp" The German culture embraces freedom, many people are choosing to sit on the beach and they do not wear their glasses nothing but solar. The report, according to the website "Cairo Gate":
"Germans love to holiday in Egypt, and Marsa Matrouh has a beautiful water, and we believe it is the perfect place to launch the first resort to naked outside Germany." The resort is scheduled to open in August, but it will be a five-star, but a simple resort consists of 50 air-conditioned beach huts and provides a lot of freedom to roam.
The resort will also offer activities such as horseback riding, windsurfing, surfing, volleyball and table tennis. It was not disclosed details of the exact date of the opening, but the resort will allow the presence of pets, and it is unclear whether it will be open to everyone or to foreign passport holders only.
