_firefly_ says():Remember, less than 24 hrs after that announcement the articles came out that Parliament was suspended (fired)

tman23 says():Salim al-Jabouri, Wednesday, "There is a lot of work requires us to unite and abandon personal interests for the benefit of the nation and its citizens."

The "all opinions are respected and even those with disagreements will not stand or stop our efforts to achieving national consensus and ensuring the support of the international community."......

This next article I assure you has lit a fire under the Shia rear ends...........World Bank has agreed to financially aid KRG and will initially send $2bn through Baghdad if possible or open an office in Erbil in order to accomplish the delivery...........

_firefly_ says():Text-Sadr statement after the end of the 72-hour period

  _firefly_ says():Text-Sadr statement after the end of the 72-hour period

_firefly_ says():The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, on Wednesday, the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to intervene to correct the political process, take out the Iraqi people from the last of its crisis, as announced the freezing of the Liberal bloc in parliament, he stressed the importance of continuing the demonstrators and protesters in the revolution, "the Iraqi thoroughbreds"

Sadr text of a statement, issued after the expiry of a 72-hour, three presidencies on ending the current political crisis, and the vote on the government of "independent technocrats".

Text of a statement chest

_firefly_ says():Still a lot of politicians are trying to twist the Iraqi popular revolution thoroughbreds on the track, which has a line, trying in various ways to convert parliamentary political disputes in order to keep the narrow gains or for retribution against those who are still third term.

So the parliamentary ongoing conflict under the dome and even outside it, has become negatively affect the prestige of the popular thoroughbreds of the Iraqi revolution which Aneptost from the womb of Iraq and its statesmen and its people in terms of a split parliament without reaching the required number in order to carry the desired reforms.

Some keep demanding quotas and political party gains a far cry from the real demands of the people and the other division became demanding reform fits with the political goals only revenge to reach its goal despicable.

It is here I find interest to maintain the reputation of Iraqi popular revolution Arab Islamic Alaudhae through the following points and the Iraqi Rabieha:

_firefly_ says():First: continue peaceful Balaanajat and with the same vigor, but more than that in order to be a paper stressful, politicians and lovers of corruption and sectarian quotas and political hateful, orderly centralized orders not entitled to any party to prevent it or else the revolution will turn into another face and God's world.

Second: the relentless pursuit and the formation of a popular coalition united with up to parliamentarians and people with genuine national intentions far from Almorb with factional and retaliatory narrow to pursue a united Iraq and a new long political process and sectarian quotas to replace, rather than partisan technocrats Almtsagl muggers.

Third: the withdrawal of the national good guys from the sit-in inside the Parliament House of Representatives and the lack of political involvement Palmeatrut even freeze the Liberal bloc until the meeting to vote on the ministerial cabin tagged independent Baltknaqrat and the rest of the other grades with ultra thanked for their efforts they have made.

_firefly_ says():Fifth: This revolution must be a popular revolution for the people, and so it should not disrupt the ministerial services to the people and that was the sit-in in front of ministries, there are other institutions should continue their always serve the public interest.

_firefly_ says():  A copy of the statement of the chest   LINK

Pablo says():Holy cow!
Pablo says():No, I got it.
Pablo says():Sheesh!

_firefly_ says():He doesn't murder citizens, he kills politicians

Dinar Investor says():Maliki (lol)

Dinar Investor says():I think it's a good thing maybe Parliament might hurry up now

wmawhite says():Zabari
_firefly_ says():Exactly
_firefly_ says():Zebari is Finance minister
_firefly_ says():He had to be there

_firefly_ says():My point is .... Only the financial players were at that meeting
_firefly_ says():And that excites me !!!!!!!
Dinar Investor says():I would love to be a fly on the wall in the meeting :S
Pablo says():Me too.

Dinar Investor says():Sadly I don't think anything finacially will happen until new cabinet is settled and voted and the package of reform laws passed JMO. But trying to get ducks in order now which is good.

Pablo says():I wonder if it will require all the gallows being in a row?

Dinar Investor says():They are not going to allow Maliki and his goons plunder Iraq again oh hell no.
Dinar Investor says():I wonder who the gallows are for....besides the corrupt of course

Dinar Investor says():Wouldn't that require the Accountabilty and justice laws to be passed in order to hang the courrpt on charges?

Pablo says():I don't think a raging mob cares about the law.

tman23 says():Do you know what started this in Parliament regarding the first list of technocrats and the second list Abadi turned over........... The first list had minimized the Kurds...........and the Kurds warned of replacing Zebari.......

Do you recall that first list with a new Minister of Finance..........And we said it will NOT FLY........ They wanted to vote immediately to get er done !! But Abadi then received the Kurd list of technocrats....... turned over the second list and BAM !!!!!!

Then follow that up now with the pressure from the UN and World Bank.......they are delivering as a START an initial deposit of 2 billion to the KRG....... if Baghdad is not set........the UN and WB will open an office in Erbil........... AND.......you can bet the next move will be going to Anbar..........

The Shia are against the wall.......International community has had a belly full............ Kurds have got to be GRINNING ear to ear..........

_firefly_ says():Central Bank Governor: We aspire to sell two billion dollars of bonds in the next three months
_firefly_ says():3 months huh? Interesting
_firefly_ says():Economy News / Follow-up

Governor of the Central Bank on the Keywords revealed that Iraq would go ahead with a plan to sell two billion dollars of bonds in the next three months, hoping to reduce the cost of international aid lending derailed.

The Reuters news agency in an interview with the governor of the central bank on Tuesday and followed up by the "Economy News," we would like to see revenue decline to five percent instead of the 11 percent demanded by investors originally and that the process of selling bonds can be managed from banks such as Standard Chardr and Deutsche Bank City.

Iraq has canceled denominated bond sale in US dollars in October 2015, instead of paying the yield of 11 percent was the recovery of those plans again in January of 2015 and gains against Daash gangs terrorist should ease the support of the World Bank and the IMF costs .

Keywords and added that Iraq hoped to get between 15 to 16 billion of loans during the next two years from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank and members of the Group of Seven major industrialized nations".

He added that about seven billion dollars will have to come in the period between June and September next and possibly Iraq gets from the United States and the World Bank to borrow guarantees to cover the bond sale process.

He said Iraq plans to implement measures to reduce spending and increase revenue by raising the price of electricity and income tax to facilitate access to the World Bank loan of $ 6 billion by next June"

He stressed Keywords we have to work on some of the paragraphs, including the approval of the Cabinet as soon as possible the month of June before, "adding that he hopes to also get a loan of $ 4 billion from the World Bank and between 3 to 5 billion dollars during the meeting of the seven major industrialized nations to be held in Japan next month.

It is noteworthy that Iraq is suffering from a financial crisis due to falling oil prices and the war on Daash while 95 percent dependent on oil from the budget of the country's imports.
_firefly_ says():reduce the cost of international aid lending derailed.

 _firefly_ says():that the process of selling bonds can be managed from banks such as Standard Chardr and Deutsche Bank City.

_firefly_ says to Scotzgirl():2 DIFFERENT ROLES
Scotzgirl says():ok, ty

_firefly_ says to Scotzgirl():Standard Charter was the broker when Kuwait re-opened their banks and reinstated their currency
_firefly_ says to Scotzgirl():Right after the IMF gave Kuwait their loan

Scotzgirl says to _firefly_():wowzers! Come on Standard Charter! :)

_firefly_ says to Scotzgirl():Remember, Kuwaits government was also disfunctional, th citizens had no electricity and sleeping in the mud. Also the oil fields were on fire still

dale says to alibi():Firefly : Love that pattern.
cjquade54 says():love seeing what's all going on ... thanks all :)

kayb says():BGG: to your statement that Abadi may resolved all of this via proxy appointment of his cabinet, just as Maliki did. It would be true irony if Abadi uses the same moves to move Iraqi reforms forward that Maliki used to stop any and all reforms. It kinda like: The jokes on you, Maliki!!!
maine says():that would be so awesome!
