trout1 says():looks to me like they are letting normal people buy dollars through the bank to use in the market
by doing that they are taking in dinar for those dollars thus reducing the big dinar notes which is something they have tried many ways to do
by doing it this way it takes the sale of some of the dollar away from the central bank and out of the hands of the bad guys and puts it in the market where it can draw the big notes
in having less on the street when they launch the lowerer denoms the people would naturally trade the dollar back for dinar that is now worth more MY OPINION ONLY

The CBI turns around and sells the USD to the banks for............guess what? IQD. This is qwhat that statement is referring to.
