'Honest: the demands of the Badr bloc "incapacitating" America and Britain are practicing the ugliest pressure on the government

He added that the vice-Badr to join in solidarity with the protesters to be a demand and a clear rejection of quotas must be drawn to the US and British pressure and that these two countries have not exiting in the Iraqi scene since the entry Daash gangs of the country and to this day, and they are practicing the ugliest forms of pressure on the Iraqi government, stressing that the suffering of the crowd and popular resistance factions and security forces not to edit some areas is because of these pressures.

[BondLady] this quota system, was the Obama administrations plan for Iraq initiated by Joe Biden. they ASSUMED that Iraq would sit at a basically round table and show the demands from all sides and then would barter with "give and take" to achieve the demands and be able to pass all the laws such as the HCL, federal, amnesty and so many more that have yet to see the light of day.
They told them this was the way, through dialog and understanding....and if they didn't like the others offers then don't accept it till you do get what you want....now this was all well and good if it was say 50 years down the road and all the old OLD XXX’s who control Iraq thru its blocs in parliament.
As we have seen for almost 8 yrs do absolutely nothing but drive their country into civil war. Greed and power drive these old XXX’s of parliament. old wounds and hates.
old arguments and prejudices against one another stop this country from moving forward, for the dummies in charge plan to have worked all the old sh starters and stirrers need to be completely gone in body and spirit other wise they will control things from behind the scenes as they do now with Baathist, Allawis bloc,Malikis, Sadrs and the Kurds.
These are the control heads in Iraq...power and greed drive them so much that the quota system played a major part in keeping them fighting and never being able to come to the most simplest of agreements because they can't trust each other and are paranoid about the others intention all the time.
Out with the old and in with the new ...no name people who aren't party to these clowns or their agendas but to put Iraq 1st in decisions instead of putting a bloc first, put Iraq as a whole and its people first... make decisions that all Iraq can live and abide by.
Do as I said from the word go, make it a majority voting system no more quota's that absolutely won't work in Iraq as we've seen all these wasted years go by and we get mad about it ..and their ignorance and pride and egos is limitless, even in the face of Iraq being torn apart from the inside out.
Think how Iraqis must feel knowing their leaders care nothing for their suffering, they only care that there blocs succeed and profit, as all the delays allow more people to rob the people of all their treasures and natural resources and money through corruption. Boot 3/4 of them out the door.
Out with the old and in with the new and smarter more techy smart as well, some of these leaders are so old and old school they are just leaders without basic credentials, still around because the people respect the elders and think they do what is best for them when in fact they are still stuck 100's of years in the past and only want to win it all and not give anything so nothing ever gets done or resolved because most of them practice this.
End the stupid quota system now, let the majority votes be able to pass all the laws, and they all would get passed this way there was always a majority when they did vote but because they had to all agree to the same thing is why it never and will never work until these guys are long gone....move Iraq forward into this century, and become the powerhouse we all know and invested our money in. can I get an amen?
