Parliament in a national test

4/21/2016 0:00  Iyad Mehdi Abbas
Different visions about what happened in the period before the Iraqi parliament Some believe that a deep split threatens the political process, threatening the security and stability in the country in light of the war on (Daash) and the difficult economic circumstances in which we live, while he sees

Some other positive cases and the exercise of possible democracy that occur in any country depends democratic system inherent there to be two blocks are strong in parliament , as is the case in the United States or Britain and much of the developed countries where the political scene or parliamentary divided into Democrats  and Republicans,

workers and conservatives and blocks another guarantee so there is a strong opposition to the government which will be monitored and held accountable when they fail or exercise its ministers any kind of corruption or waste of public money
~~~
 what happened in the Iraqi parliament , said the experiment appeared as a quick reaction to certain situations and improvised , and the absence of proper planning and logical procedures prior which made some fear of collision which probably will happen between the influential political forces in the parliament and government in general.
the formation of a parliamentary bloc cross-sectarian and partisan is important and necessary to correct the political course of action and rid Iraq of the tunnel quotas abhorrent .ala that members of parliament who are called sitters did not reach so far into the formation stage strong parliamentary bloc possible withstand particularly the other party ,
and this may give the message that this is simply an agreement between the political forces against the other forces will end the end of the stage will not be seeing the stage Oid sectarian and partisan and national quotas.
despite what is said about the seriousness of what he has done sitters from the House of Representatives of the incision grade , but they probably seeking to achieve the first step of reform and pushing for leave quotas in forming a new government after reaching negative messages to the Iraqi people due to the signing of the heads of blocs on the reform document that counted sitters close to circumvent the new reforms and the government of technocrats called by Mr. Abadi Prime Minister .
walta must that does not include changing names only , but include changing political norms followed by the political forces over the past years .vkadd dominated by the concept of quotas on the formation of governments in Iraq since 3003 and so far this makes Mr. Abadi reform essential initiative and the formation of a technocratic first attempt to get out of the tunnel sectarian government  and party.
Hence we say that the reforms become an urgent need to be dealt with positively and it 's necessity, not an option and become a big need for the formation of a homogeneous government team has the experience and qualifications sufficient to cross the country to safety , and this will not be achieved in light of the divisions and conflicts that are taking place in parliament.
.ually everyone be aware that the stage through which Iraq today no longer bear the bids and political harassment Mr Abadi need the support and the support of political forces in addition to the legislative institution that will be in front of a true national test.
Really good to see this. Look at this from the outside...would this even be happening if investment interest was low or if tremendous wealth and gain was not possible?
Look, we all know Iraq is primarily an importer outside of oil. We also know they must diversify in this regard to mitigate the risk of large market swings having too much of an impact on the entire country's economy.
This is yet again another article that reminds us of the investment architecture being built over the last several years. The investment desire is there and once we see stability in security and the government, we'll see growth.
